Excellent location. Many restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were up to date and the beds were by far some of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in. Breakfast was delicious and had many options for the whole family to choose from. The front desk receptionist, Candy was extremely welcoming and helpful during check in. She greeted my family with cold water bottles and information about breakfast & pool hours without us even asking. Amazing way to start off our stay with such a warm welcome.

Candy was super friendly and answered all our questions. She even offered us all a cold bottled water when checking in. The rooms were all remodeled and spacious. The air was cold and the beds were very comfortable. The pump dove products in the bathroom were so nice. My fovorite feature is the solid roll down blackout window shade. We like it super dark and it was just that. Thanks for a great experience. Also breakfast had quite a selection.

Location was fine. Some roadwork nearby made it difficult diving in after dark.

I appreciate the AC unit being on but it was actually 63 degrees in the room when we arrived. It took several hours before it warmed up. The AC unit itself was super noisy and woke us up several times during the night. Also a refrigerated truck was parked outside with a super loud noise that we heard cycling on and off all night. Management should really be on top of those things a little better without having to wait on a complaint from someone in the middle of the night.

Easy access, comfortable, room was clean, breakfast good

The staff that was working the night was boarder line rude. I understand there were many guests there and she might have been overwhelmed. She was hateful to people calling on the phone, and frequently complained about her job. Day time staff had no issues.

The bed was comfortable and the room was comfortable. Good size, office chair and comfortable chair, TV was on the weather channel and the AC was on so the room felt nice when we walked in.

The walls were yellow and the accent wall was poorly painted red, the yellow especially was bad. And for breakfast, the hot stuff was good, but I miss the waffle iron. I like to make a good hot waffle at your hotels.

The staff was extra friendly, especially Candy. The breakfast was really good, the beds were comfortable. We had a great stay and will be returning

Clean room and comfortable bed. Candy was also nice at check in.

The elevator was slow however we were on the 2nd floor so taking the stairs wasn’t bad.

Breakfast contains a bit more than the usual fare, so this is a big plus. Hotel is clean and comfortable, safe. Beds are comfy. Breakfast included hot options of eggs, sausage or bacon, cinnamon rolls (hot), pancakes, etc, better quality coffee than most hotels, tea options, etc....also upgraded oatmeal with dried cranberries walnuts brown sugar etc

Super clean, and staff was awesome! Especially Candy- she was so sweet and helpful.

The elevator needs updates/maintenance.

The property was clean and well lighted.

Need more parking space because uhauls and big trucks take up 2 or more spaces, or and area just for them.
