The grounds were fabulous, with well manicured grass and clean hallways and floors. But. It is the best situated hotel in the area. Why? Because there is a 1.5+ miler long walk/bike/jog way that runs along a canal that has a put in for a kayaker who is much better than me, with benches and trash cans. Two good restaurants bookend the hotel, one Mexican and the other Italian with pizza. Both accessible without crossing a single street. The breakfast was terrific with lost of everything. You name it, they had it. Watch out though. Our gps gave the wrong directions. But we found the Q Inn.

The TV. The clicker was non-functional but using the buttons on the side we got the RedSox Yankees game.

Room was very comfortable, good bed and pillows. Good location, next to a great Mexican restaurant. Hike/bike path right out the back door made it very easy to walk the dog. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Furniture was a little old and rickety. TV stations didn't always come in. People smoking right outside back door. Would be nice to have somewhere they could throw cig butts and also enforce people picking up after their pets

We come there every year for school shopping because I feel it is good for the price and the location for where we needed to shop is excellent! Staff was great! Pool was warm only thing that would make it better is a hot tub! Otherwise we have never had any bad experiences there.

Shondra was the best. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. She made sure that breakfast was stocked. Shondra made sure we could keep our room in case we were snowed in and needed it for another unplanned night. Which we did.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, extremely comfortable bed!! Some of the facilities are a bit dated, and the non-smoking room smelled very faintly of smoke, but otherwise was a really great stay especially for the price. Would stay again!

Breakfast was sufficient. Was easy to find. Staff was friendly.

Shower curtain was to small for the shower, getting water on floor making it slick and unsafe. Toilet was like sitting on the floor.

Breakfast was ok. Good selection of items that they offered.

Bathroom area is starting to have mold issues in the ceiling that should be addressed. Don't think fan is strong enough to get out all the moisture when the shower is used.

Room was clean and large and comfortable easy access with pet and luggage to parking lot immaculate clean hotel and lots of food choices within blocks of hotel by car or Mexican restaurant next door with morning breakfast burritos. Breakfast was plentiful but only hot items are waffles or breakfast sandwiches to eat but enough choices to start the day

Think about list of TV channels in be helpful TV didn't work but was fixed immediately and staf helpful, friendly and kind.

Quiet room on 3rd flr, as requested. No road noise. Decent morning snacks provided. Comfortable bed.

While neat and tidy, the owners should be planning updates soon. The elevator needs new flooring. Our room's toilet seat has a coating that is starting to peel.
