Great and super comfy cozy room, with absolutely everything one could need and more. We had an electronic remote near the bed that could open the door, turn individually lights on/off, turn the AC on/off or set the temperature or even set a"Do not disturb" sign outside, indicating a red light. Very good breakfast, for Italy ( which in general offers a very small variety of culinary dishes at breakfast ) it was maybe the best breakfast we have ever had ( IN ITALY, I repeat ). With homemade lemonade made in big glass containers where you could see lemon slices and mint leaves, with 4 types of vegetal milk, with eggs cooked in 3 different ways, 3 types of bread, etc etc Good coffee, not the best but decent and we were not expecting good coffee after reading the reviews, so it was a pleasant surprise. Good pool, not crowded, good service at the pool bar with everything you need. There is also a "under the trees" area so chill and comfy with white noise from the "cicades" But maybe THE BEST thing ever was the hippodrome view from our balcony. The hippodrome was literally in front of our balconies and we were part of the tribune, one Sunday evening we even enjoyed a horse racing competition.

Can`t find anything....maybe just the fact that you need a car to go to the beaches nearby...

It’s in a really nice location, you can see the horse racing track from the restaurant. The parking spaces are big and it has a lot of nature surrounding the hotel. The spa is nice and free but you need to wear a hat which costs about 3€ / person. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms are big. We loved the terrace it was also so spacious with outside seating.

The restaurant at dinner time are so slow, we waited 25 minutes for 1 dessert and didn’t received our water although we asked for it twice. The bed itself could use a change because it was so loud. Also the walls are quite thin so if you’re unlucky like us and get a noisy neighbor you will wake up.

We liked the location, it was very peaceful, the amenities of the hotel were great, a lot of free parking available. The lobby was very modern and clean. Great housekeeping and very nice and helpful reception manager.

The rooms are very spacious and clean, but they need some updates. The breakfast room was nice with a nice view but no room to sit since there were dirty plates on all the tables. There is obviously a shortage in staff. The breakfast overall was underwhelming. There was no food variety and there was always a lack of food offered. Only a few of the staff speaks english, which is unacceptable in tourism industry.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are a very good size. Bed comfy and the staff are very helpful. Breakfast is good with lots to choose from. The view of the Hippodrome is exceptional. Parking is great and the hotel is in easy reach from the highway. There is also dinner available and the food is very good. This is our third time staying at this hotel and will definitely stay again.

Our AC did not seem to work but we did not ask about it, we just used a blanket as the room was still cosy. On our last day, there were over 200 people for breakfast, and there was a shortage of staff, so we had to wait a long time for tea/coffee and other food items when they finished.

Was clean, great staff with alot of patience, nice pools and amenities. Nice bfast variety and always full of food and sweets.!

Bfast , hot food was cold 2 times out of 4 times, Had a couples treatment of 170 euros that was more of a oil rub then a massage, the volume of the music was very loud, room was cold and to top it all when the 'massage' ended they left the room and never told us we were done and waited 20 min in the then we left, had included an apperitive that was neither gives and the masseuse have just left and then was called in the room.to go have it in the morning 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️.

The positives: - pool indoors and outdoors - gym - spa - Parking - big rooms with bathtub 🛀🏽 and balcony. We were on the 4th floor. Lots of space for improvement but worthy of a second stay for more than two nights as the pool is the great thing here along with big rooms, car park and friendly staff. This alone in Sicily makes the hotel amazing 🤩

The things to be improved: - the breakfast is ok for some but lacks high level proteins and healthier options. 6/10 - the room I checked into was not very clean but the second day clean up job was well done. - the hotel style and service is outdated and needs a makeover. Feels like it is still living and giving the 90s experience.

Pool was clean, warm water. Good breakfast, same everyday, but plenty of choices, we haven't taste everything during 3 mornings. Very very good coffee. Big rooms, very clean and great view to hippodrome. Restaurant food OK, but not great, we ate only on first day when we arrived late and we had no other option

Weird way to calculate hotel daily tax, we, 3 persons payed more then our 4 family friends.

Hotel has very nice, large and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is good and has enough choices to make. We booked two rooms for two adults and two children and was more than enough! The hotel is also a hipodrome facility and you can basically watch horses and take breakfast. Very nice. Room cleaned daily, staff very welcoming.

The hotel is very comfortable, very clean, the room was big with comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom was fine too. We ate at the restaurant in the evening which was very convenient and the food was good and prices reasonable. However I was fascinated to see the horse track right outside the windows of the hotel. I loved looking out whilst taking breakfast or dinner, seeing the horses go by. It truly was a highlight. The view was also amazing. There was a real lot to choose from for breakfast and everything was fresh. There is good parking too. We also used the indoor pool, which we found very convenient and the water temperature was also good. I would definitely love to go there again. It's a must.

indoor pool and jacuzzi included in the price, big comfortable rooms, beautiful views of the countryside and the ipperdomo

Cleaning of the spa bath in the suite could be better, rooms not well soundproofed cuz I could hear hear people in the next room talking, some general maintanance needed. breakfast could have more options. but we had a great stay all the same.
