We had a truly wonderful stay at this stylish boutique hotel in Ortigia, Syracuse. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, and the entire experience felt pampering from start to finish. The front desk team of Emanuele, Valentina and Santino and restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to help with a smile and happy to assist with any request or question. Breakfast was excellent – beautifully served, with fresh orange juice and eggs made to order, alongside a rich selection of sweet and savory options. We also greatly appreciated the staff’s thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants and charming spots for aperitivo – every suggestion was spot on. The hotel is very well maintained, with a private and secure feel, which made our stay even more relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Syracuse.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is very convenient — only a 10-minute walk to Ortigia through beautiful streets, which made exploring the area a pleasure. The hotel offers free parking for guests, and the staff were very helpful and responsive when assisting with parking the car. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. We stayed in a room with a terrace, which we absolutely loved. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely scent of the bed linens — something I have never experienced before in a hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. I ordered a delivery to the hotel, but there was an issue. The hotel team went above and beyond to help resolve the problem, which I truly appreciated. Breakfast was included and consisted of standard but high-quality European options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Syracuse.

There was nothing we didn’t like

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel has a gorgeous, chic design with modern fittings throughout, and our room was incredibly spacious with the added bonus of a private terrace. The bed was very comfortable and the shower excellent – everything you’d want for a relaxing break. It’s about a 15-minute easy walk into the heart of Ortigia, with plenty of lovely cafés and restaurants to explore along the way. The location struck a perfect balance between peace and proximity to the buzz of the old town. What really stood out, though, was the staff – truly exceptional. Thank you Santi and Valentina - so welcoming, attentive and helpful; they genuinely went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything about our stay was perfect — the rooms, the service, and above all, the people. Everyone was incredibly kind, supportive, and genuinely helpful. This place truly deserves five stars across the board. It felt like home from the moment we arrived. I have OCD, and not once did I feel the need to clean or fix anything — that’s how spotless and well-maintained everything was! The entire building, including the suites and breakfast area, is immaculate. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the Duomo and all the main attractions. Within minutes, you’ll find countless amazing restaurants, and there’s a large supermarket conveniently located right around the corner.

That I don’t stay longer.

A superb place to stay, room was great and a good size. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was any trouble. Having stopped at many places over the years I would say these are the best staff I have encountered. Breakfast was a good selection that catered for most tastes. Ample secure parking. It was about a 15 minute walk to the old town which was all flat so an easy stroll in during the day/night.

We only stayed 1 night and I wish we had stayed longer

Spacious room with inside sitting area and outside terrace. Staff were very charming. This property is a 10 minute walk to town centre but that’s why you get so much space for the rate you pay. Well worth the walk into town we thought. and it’s closer to the Greek theatre and archeological park (which are a must see) than the other hotels.

Perfect place for your Syracuse / Ortiga stay . The hotel is so tastefully furnished, the rooms are very spacious and the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Hotel is in a great location surrounded by great restaurants and walking distance to all points of interest. We loved the secure carpark and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice as well as a La Carte eggs and bacon !! We had a very enjoyable stay .

Everything was perfect

The was place was stunning and spotlessly clean. It’s a 15 minute walk to Ortigia from the hotel and about a 20 minute walk the other way to the main archaeological site. The staff were all really friendly and helpful

Nothing

It was so good, like it would design Germans from Porsche Design in Italy. It was solid. Everything there was heavy, well designed. Great accessories, great furnitures, a lot of space. Awesome service - with smile, class and charm. We got sauna inside our apartament. Very spacey, very modern and classic at the same time. On of this place where everything is right. Nothing is cheap, nothing is plastic. All is marble, stone solid. And the bed - bed was like a dream. Many times we got great beds in some luxury hotels - but that one is the mother of all of them!

The staff, rooms, and location were exceptional. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful, and the room was perfectly located for a great stay.
