We had booked the room for 3 persons and room was quite spacious with a balcony. After accommodating an extra bed there was a swing inside the room. The room, lobby, washroom, reception area all were well lit and aesthetically decorated. The bathroom was also spacious and there was no foul smell. For hot water one needs to call the reception and within 10 mins hot water flows through the tap. We enjoyed the stay. The location of the hotel is quite good, only 8 to 10 mins walk to the the Ganges ghat/shoreline. We ordered dinner which was also good. The staff are also very good and presented cordial behavior and I would like to mention specially about Mr. Alok Srivastava. Even the room cleaners and the door man were very cordial.

Only the approach to the hotel is through a narrow lane but this is the specialty of this city which cannot be changed.

Food was excellent , we almost ate at the hotel all days. Rooms were clean . Nice staff. It’s close to Assi Ghat but not very close . 2 kms from main temple .

Hotel management lack proper communication, not sure if it’s a language barrier . They did not give clear information regarding a few things .. Location is just ok , there are no good restaurants or other shopping places near the hotel ..

I spent there 3 nights, and left to catch my train but it was delayed for 1 day, so I returned back to the hotel to reserve just one night. They welcomed us, and upgraded our room without any extra fees.. it was a very respectful action especially i was traveling alone with my kids.. Really a very nice and good team and we enjoyed our staying there.

My parents were there for a leisure trip, they can not stop praising the staff, facilities and location, everything was phenomenal, I would like to thank the hotel for making my parents stay wonderful and taking care of them (senior citizens), i had booked it online and was worried about the facilities but the feedback from my parents was that everything is great at this hotel !!

The Hotel room, ambience , restaurant food and other amenities were very good. All the staffs, Specially Brijesh ji were very cooperative, prompt and well behaved. Will surely be coming back here on our next trip to Varanasi.

We had an extremely comfortable stay. The room was excellent and the food was delicious. The management of the hotel were extremely professional and took care of the itinerary of our trip. We could also see the Ganges from the terrace of the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was neat and clean. They organised a good guide for us. We enjoyed our stay.

Really not actually disliking but restaurant services need to improve as it is bit slow and very limited breakfast variety.

The location is excellent. I could see the Ganges view from the top floor. The rooms, the food at the restaurant at the top floor and the hospitality by the the Hotel Owner Ravi was very comforting. Would definitely give a visit next time.

The AC Double bed room does not have a mirror in the room. It is very inconvenient for ladies. The mirror in the wash- room is of huge size; a smaller size 2'X1.5' mirror would have been adequate, but a mirror in the bedroom is more desirable.
