Location to Disneyland and train station was fantastic! Less than 5 minute walk to train station for the RER A line, never waited longer than 10 minutes for a train and was at Disneyland within 10 minutes as it’s only 3 stops away!

Only get one pillow in room but can request extras from reception but we got in so late just wanted to get to sleep.

Rooms are excellently presented. Bathroom is way over the expectations of a budget hotel. There are a wide range of drinks (hot and cold) plus snacks available 24hrs via the vending machines. They also have a dedicated order screen for Deliveroo type food which is delivered to your room (we didn’t use this). There is also a microwave for general use in the foyer. The whole establishment is clean and welcoming. Reception is open 24hrs. Beds are comfy but a little on the small side and are firm. Extra pillows were given upon request. All in all thoroughly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Disney as the RER station is 2 mins walk from the hotel, three stops to Disney, takes 10 mins! Will return!! Xx

Clean and comfortable. Very basic but perfect for what we needed. Polite and helpful lady at reception. Locked car parking a bonus!

The breakfast was croissant or bacon and scrambled egg. Wasn't much else. Seemed to be one person trying to do all the breakfast each morning so they were rushing about like mad stocking cutlery up and changing juice bottles and washing up and laying out croissants and clearing tables. They were trying very hard so I'm not criticising them. But it did mean there were loads of dirty tables or a wait for cutlery. No drinks or bottled water in room. Not a problem except we didn't prepare for that. So our fault. But also it's pretty standard to have water etc in the room.

I selected this hotel just because it was located right in front of Torcy station from where I can take A-line to Paris and there is P&R parking spaces as I had a car, and this hotel offered the cheapest price. I didn't expect any fringes and yes there is actually nothing in the room other than a paper cup, toilet paper, and a body shower gel attached but it was so clean and easy to use the room. The hotel even had a microwave on the lobby level and I could warm up some food which I bought at Carrefour located 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Nothing, but just let you know that there is no hair drier and Kleenex provided in the room, so if you need it bring it with you :-)

10 minutes away from disneyland and right beside the train station. In walking distance of restaurants and uber eats delivers to your room. All the staff were very friendly and most spoke some english. The breakfast offered was perfect for us as we were up and out early. I would recommend for a short stay when visiting disney but not if you’re looking to spend time in central paris as it’s about 40 minutes out of the city.

The pillows in the room were very thin and weren’t the most comfortable and we couldn’t get the heating to work but that’s probably my fault.

The location is perfect, next to the train station and it's convinient for going to Disney and after a long day there, coming back is just 10 minutes. The room was clean. The staff were really nice. The breakfast is the same each day, but if you are staying a couple of days it won't be a problem. The food was tasty and fresh. The last day we had breakfast at almost closing time and there was enough for all of us. There was a hairdryer in the room

There is only one shelf and 6 hangers for clothes in the closet and were are a family of four, so that was a bit of an inconvinience. The room was clean but the floor was a bit sticky. There were no slippers in the room.

It was extremely clean and all the staff were so helpful, polite and friendly. The breakfast was great with a great selection of food, with some really nice quality breads to choose from. There were scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, yoghurts, juices, croissants, breads, crackers and fruit. The croissants were the best croissants I have ever had. I was impressed by the breakfast staff who was always making sure everything was topped up and quick to clean the table for me, as we arrived later during breakfast. They clean the rooms every day and change the towels. I didn't want mine changing as I had arrived late in the night with a small child after Disneyland and we had a lot of suitcases and the cleaning staff were very easy to communicate with about this. The shower was great, really warm, good power, and had a small hook so I could make it the right size for my young daughter, as well. There was a take-away machine in the reception, in order to order delivery to your room from the local area, which I thought was a really great idea. It was having a technical error however, but the receptionist late at night, helped me to navigate uber eats and explained how to direct the delivery driver to my room, as I was unfamiliar with the process in France. He was so helpful and really tried hard to help me get some dinner, which was successful and really fast. It really makes a difference when the staff help you to meet your needs, which can be difficult when you are travelling. There is also a phone which you can use to order food as well from local restaurants. The next day another receptionist was very helpful in directing me to the shops and restaurants and a local playpark. The room was extremely quiet and the curtains were very good for keeping out the light during the early morning. The wifi was free and good quality. 12pm check out is really helpful, so no rushing and time to enjoy breakfast. It cost me around 24 euros in a Bolt to arrive from Disney.

Maybe an extra pillow per person would have made it better. The take out machine was not working, but I believe this was just a temporary error and uber eats was fine.

Very clean hotel . You room is a code so no door card to carry . The hotel is close to the station that has a very nice cafe to grab a coffee/drinks or savourys . No kettle is in the hotel room but there is a drinks machine in foyer which is card payment only. Good Value for money hotel just basic . We went to disney and its 3 stops away plus we bought a 2 day pass so we went into paris one of the other days . There is a spa near the hotel but we bought a few things that were out of date . I would probley not stop there again cos i would like yo maybe be a few stops nearer . Staff were very polite let us check in abit earlier which we really appreciated

One pillow is a bit bad also tv is in french and you could not change the language

24 hour check in was really nice! We arrived at 4am after a long ride and were friendly greeted by a receptionist that led us in. He told us that although hotel parking was full at time, parking was free until 9 am and that we could move it onto hotel parking by that time. Which we did, getting some more hours of sleep after. Also the rooms were nice and spacious and very clean.

From what I see, prices are usually higher than what we paid, hopefully we can get this deal again in the future.

Rooms were clean and breakfast was sufficient to start your day and explore Paris. Beds were comfortable and water at shower was hot all day. Location was very close to RER, with direct access to Paris and Disneyland. Safe area, even though we did not stay outside late at night.

Bathroom sink was flooded if the water was running. For light sleepers, maybe the noise from the train would be a problem (even though it was not loud). For my family, this was not a problem at all.
