This a great place wonderful views , pet friendly ,but it was the end of the season and the restaurant closed the night before our arrival , so we had to find someplace to eat which we did not , we ended up eating a sandwich purchased from supermarket, I would have liked to have been informed of this fact , My room was next to the hosts, Family quarters and was quite noisy ,TV dog ect , as for the Hotel its great I can see the attraction during the winter period , would stay bhere then without a doubt .

Wonderful location, great mountain views and a nice small wellness! The reception was friendly and because one sauna was broken in the wellness we did get a nice discount and some extra time. The breakfast is also nice to wake up to.

The shower took a very long time to get warm. Also the showerhead itself was broken. Not what you expect from this type of hotel. We also reserved the wellness with friends, but the jacuzzi was set to 33 degrees which was too cold for us.

Very accommodating staff. Idyllic location. Fantastic breakfast and food in general. It would be lovely to revisit.

The bathroom facilities could use some upgrades. But everything works and is just fine. Giving the place a rustic alpine charm.

It’s a great location right across from the slopes. About a 5 min walk to the closest chair lift. It was clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is nice and helpful. The room was perfect for a family.

WiFi is terrible unless you are in the downstairs sitting area.

Just a great facility, loads of space with plenty to do, nice for the option of the spa after skiing, and a drink in the bar from the slope, just perfect

The staff is very helpful and very friendly. The rooms are huge and very comfortable, it was the most comfortable hotel I've slept in. The nature and location were perfect.

Excellent service very frindly could not do enough very welcoming. room had all amenitys it very clean and very large room breakfast also very good. definity go back again and would recomend to anybody.
