Very nice and friendly owner, we had a wonderful breakfeast and a nice morning talk. Beautiful swiss village. We were only passing through but it sure would be a nice place to spend some days hiking and soaking in the beautiful nature. Hotel is rather old school (which is nice) and very clean with great bed. defininetly recommended!

The hotel is in a very nice and beautiful small town in a valley. It is easy to reach from the road from Germany to Italy. The hotel is in an old house. I loved the stone chairs and old furniture. Everything super clean. Breakfast is good and there are gluten free options. The owner is very friendly and willing to help.

Very comfortable and elegant rooms, very calm, situated in a charming village. Since the local restaurant was closed, the owner offered to bring a pizza from a neighbouring village, ten points for service! She also organized that we could visit the church in the village. Great hospitality!

The lady at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I don't speak Italian and she made every effort to try to communicate in German. The room was perfect and location in the middle of the Village great.

Well located in the centre of a beautiful village. Just a short distance from the San Bernadino Tunnel / Pass for those wishing to break up a journey. Large comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Good buffet breakfast with lots of coffee! Warm and welcoming host. Superb dinner options at Al Cacciatore just around the corner.

No coffee options in the room, only tea. That's really all I could find to fault it!

Hotel seems to be a converted villa, each room seems to have a unique name and furniture. In the middle of the dorf, easy to find. Excellent breakfast as well. Town is quiet, off the main road and good base if you are exploring the area. Not sure what language the owner/manager spoke but she made every effort possible to be helpful and to try and communicate.

Nothing much in town. The restaurant the owner recommended was closed (Friday night), and there was no other place to eat within the town.

The lady in charge of the hotel is wonderful, so kind, plenty of info. The place is in the Center of Soazza, still very quiet. Great breakfast.

The hotel is a fabulous traditional style building in a beautiful village near the lower section of the San Bernardino pass. The pass is close enough to make reaching the hotel easy, but far enough away not to be heard. This is a wonderful place, both hotel and the village.

The hotel has no restaurant and is in a small village. The only place to eat in the village was closed. There are places a short drive away, but it does mean using the car

Beautiful little quiet town with this cool little hotel. They stored my bike safely in the dining room and covered my pizza down the road because I didn’t have cash.
