Location was excellent being in front of Railway station and old city. Beautiful view of mountains from room with sitting table chairs in gallery . Breakfast was good.

When I reached the reception told me your room is very small with one double bed. Whereas I booked room with twin bed. I also mailed the property that I need room with 2 single beds as I was traveling with my daughter. When I insist and going to leave the hotel then she changed my room. The room was small but with very good view and twin beds. Room was without AC however they provided fan which was comfortable in September. But I think in June July you can’t stay without AC and after paying 128 euro for a night not cost effective. They mentioned in listing room with electric tea pot. But no tea pot and tea bags were provided. Also no drinking water was provided in room. It should be complementary a bottle of water be available in room.

Very convenient location, just across the train station and surrounded with mountain view. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but good enough.

The prices are high compared to surrounding countries and the services are low for the price but it’s Switzerland. I chose this hotel with friends to find the most budget friendly option. In Switzerland this means that there is no 24-7 reception, only short hours, nobody to ask around. When there is somebody, it’s super hard to communicate in English. The wifi is really weak in the hotel.

We booked this hotel last minute as we decided to head south and were pleased with the stay. It was easy to find via driving our car and it was nice to have a free parking spot in the back of the hotel. The room had high ceilings and a balcony which allowed us to see views of the castles. The location was good for walking around downtown. We had the best gelato right down the street at Gelateria Veneta. The night sky view was incredible with our large window/doors. The breakfast the next morning was good too with meats, cheeses, yougurts, breads, etc.

The only downfall was that our room was right near the train station and there was a lot of train noise and some construction happening during the day time hours but you just drown it out like the city noise. Not really a hotel downfall.

Nice little hotel about a 3 minute from the train station. It was very reasonably priced compared to many in the area, and I'm still wondering why I was able to find such a gem at that price. As such, I was hesitant to choose it, but I'm glad I did. It was clean, friendly staff and sufficient for a place to rest my head for a night while passing through. I would stay there if I'm ever in Bellinzona again. Nice breakfast was also included.

Had trouble logging on to the Wifi while there, even after asking for help at the receptionist desk.

The hotel location is great, near to Central Railway station and by walk to all Bellinzona attractions. Breakfast buffet is quite enough to be not hungry. In consideration that it's just two stars hotel all was okay for overnight. The view from window was amazing to mountains and one of castles. There is pretty terrace on top floor to take some photos or just look around.

Bed linen was not fresh with spots from something green. The number is very small with minimum of equipments and belongings.

Great location near station but quiet and with mountain/castle views. Good WiFi and good breakfast available from 7am so we could catch early train. Town lovely too I want to return to explore it more. Perfect for quick overnight stay.

A good place to stay if you just need a simple well priced hotel. Location excellent. Breakfast had good choices. Staff friendly. Gives Ticino Tourist pass. Room very basic but clean and has a good view of the castle and mountains.

No air conditioning. Unit in room only blew air. More of a fan than air conditioning. We came late at night and left early so it was ok. Longer stays would be uncomfortable

The room was comfortable, clean. The bed was good. The breakfast was good, the staff was polite. But there was no air conditioning. There were fans in the room that created a breeze, but it was still very hot to sleep on a hot summer day.

Good location between station and city center. The room was adequately comfortagle, and the large terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains was a clear plus. The restaurant attached to the hotel is well worth a visit.
