-Wonderful position with a astonishing view on the egean sea. -Breakfast is quite good with a very good choice. -Rooms are spatious and cosy, the terrace is nice and the view si superb. -Everywhere is very clean and new.

-Wi-fi is very slow and intermittent both in the room and in public areas. Considering that due to the location there is almost no GSM cover (and the only one is from Turkey with roaming costs) the wi-fi should be implemented. -Air conditioning in the rooms should be better: the minimun set temperature was 22°C, which is ok, but even with air cond at max power the temperature in the room never went lower than 26°C -They could add some fat-free (0% fat) yogurt at breakfast buffet

The hotel is beautiful and the view as well. Delicious food in the restaurant and people very nice.

The cleaning lady didn't let us sleep. We had a do not disturb sign but she came in anyway. Every time. When I asked her to leave because my husband was sleeping she started mopping the floor but in the end we were laughing about it. I hope next time we will be able to sleep at least one day😅

We spent a fantastic week at KOIA. The hotel was very nice, clean and beautifully arranged. We first had a whirlpool-room, then moved to a room with private pool. Both rooms very nice and comfortable. Especially all the staff; at reception, the drivers, the staff at breakfast and dinner. From the cleaning staff to the people at the pool and the bar, all were extremely friendly and very accommodating. They made us feel at home and could read our every wish - and so made our stay truly memorable. It was obviously to see that they are a great team and everybody has the same goal: to make the stay special for every guest. Well done! We would also like to highlight the high quality of food & beverages offered at breakfast and especially at dinner. The kitchen staff do a fantastic job and every morning and evening was a delight, with great menus, great service and great views. We wholeheartedly recommend a stay at KOIA and thank everybody there for their dedication and passion. We will come back :-)

Compared to the rest of the hotel, the facilities and services at the beach where standard. But that was not an issue at all.

Our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Each morning began with a delicious breakfast featuring made-to-order coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice—an energizing start to the day. Dinner was a daily delight, with a variety of special dishes that made each evening feel unique and indulgent. The staff truly made our stay memorable. From the Spa, where Evelyn, Diouysiox, and Shannon thoughtfully tailored wellness packages to suit our needs, to the restaurant, expertly managed by Theofilos and his co-manager, every interaction was warm and professional. A special mention goes to Alex in the restaurant—his charm and character added an extra touch of joy to our meals. Our room, complete with a private pool, was both spacious and luxurious—perfect for relaxation. For those who enjoy exploring nature, we highly recommend a morning walk into the hills behind the hotel, where we encountered tortoises, goats, and other local wildlife. This was a truly special getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The location, the overall architecture and landscaping of the hotel. The layout and design of the room. The amazing view from the room and from the common areas of the hotel. The quality and the options of the dinner menu.

The attitude of some members of the staff not in par with the fact that this is a 5-star hotel (too informal interactions, internal arguments that were taking place in front of the guests). Lack of a sommelier. Jacobs coffee served for breakfast. Limited guidance during the first day regarding the half-board, or breakfast options. The music playing on repeat during dinners.

Everything was done with so much intention and care — they truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and looked after. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink and surprised with an upgrade to a suite with a hot tub! And that was just the beginning. We were treated to complimentary wine and a free 20-minute couples massage and private hour to use the spa to ourselves. The continental breakfast was delicious, the pool area was pure bliss, and the dinner was absolutely incredible. We loved our stay at Koia and already dreaming of coming back!

The place is beautiful and the staff is amazing. One of the best hotels we've been to! The room and the views are stunning, the food is great. Romantic and quiet, wish we could stay longer. We took a cooking class with chef Emmanuel, and tea tasting with the Bar manager. we also tried few spa treatments. Everyone was super nice, noting Nikos who welcomed us, the other ladies at the reception, Alex and other waiters, and the two really nice therapists.

The only thing is maybe the spa facilities, there was one dry sauna, small heated pool and relaxation room.

The staff is perfect. Too many staff for such a hotel. But that's probably why the hotel and services are very expensive. Esprcially Alex from restaurant was very kind and willing.

We had a problem with the front door, which kept opening in strong winds. The door and lock need to be repaired. The cleaning lady entered our apartment without knocking and asking if she could come in, usually in the evening around 7:00 PM... that is very unpleasant and inappropriate for a 5* hotel.
