The place is wonderful, it has a lot of trees that give you a feeling like you are in another world, a peaceful world, far away from the busyness of life.

We had booked 2 rooms: I stayed in Heron and my kids at Serval. I must say that in terms of housekeeping, Serval was more looked after. The TV in Heron was breaking, I called and reported it but no one came to sort it out, the showering soaps were depleted in their dispensers but they didn't bother to fill them up to top it all there was no phone to report, I had to go to Serval to call reception. To me it felt like the room wasn't to be issued since it wasn't in order, it was only issued because I requested to be close to my kids. I was a bit reluctant to complain about things because I didn't want us to be separated and also I felt that those are obvious, expected services, why should I tell someone to refill soap?

Music at the pool on weekend is too high and keeps playing until 2AM and it's not a good behavior for a hotel where most of the people wake up earlier to leave for Kruger.

The overall ambiance of the lodge left a lasting impression on me. The place is very peaceful and clean, creating a serene atmosphere that contributed significantly to my enjoyment. The attention to cleanliness did not go unnoticed, and it added to the overall comfort of my stay. I must commend you on the maintenance of the pool, which was not only spacious but impeccably clean. It provided a refreshing and relaxing environment, and I thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. Additionally, I'd like to express my appreciation for the thoughtfully curated playlist at the hotel. The music was on point and added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. It's these little details that make a stay memorable, and your attention to such aspects did not go unnoticed. We chose this location as it was close to the Kruger Park. We could take breakfast in boxes with us which worked very well. We also had dinner every night, which was nice. The rondawels are nice and well-equipped. Parking is close to each rondawel.

Beautiful resort at very close distance from Kruger park. Rondawels were very clean and situated in such a way that they felt private, but at a close distance to the other rondawels where our kids were staying. Restaurant was very good and plenty of choices. We also booked a gamedrive via the reception before our arrival which was great and well organized. Staff took very good care of us, many thanks!

We had a nice and spacious cottage. Cottages are located in a nice garden area. Also a pool nearby with different species of birds. Wifi in cottages although not the best connection. Good food although the kitchen is a bit slow. Location accomodation is located really close to the Phalaborwa gate, just a few minutes away by car. Friendly staff.

The place was exceptional in all ways. So quiet and of most tranquility. The staff from the security guards, receptionist and the waiters were all kind and made my stay very nice. Got a great welcome from Valentines, the receptionist.

Internet is a nightmare. They have different codes for reception, restaurant and room and the guy of the hotel himself was not able to install Internet on my device. After 2 days it worked than. Cockroachs in the room.

This is a great spot just outside Kruger National Park. Restaurant was great. The atmosphere was quiet but welcoming. Did not stay long enough to experience the pool, spa, or tours. However, those are available.

The food at the restaurant is amazing The Spa treatment was beyond exceptional The Game drive? A 100 over 10 The staff? Friendly and super helpful The room? You would want to move just right in!!!
