Beautifully tended outside area, excellent hospitality- an additional plus was the delicious fine dining dinner our host Jan concocted. Issabella is lovely, friendly, so competent and kind. The staff are very caring and helpful. This is a very well-run, extremely ethically and ecologically managed guest house - both facts of which are especially important to me. It is rare and therefore worth mentioning. I would recommend it to anyone looking for good comfortable beds, and caring hosts.

I would have preferred better lighting in my room as it was rather dark, but this would not stop me from recommending this guesthouse or from staying here again.

A great location with the staff very friendly and helpful. The owners readily available taking an active part in the day to day running of the establishment. It was a great attempt at green operations with sustainability and minimal waste a priority. Food was amazing with a great option of main meals individually prepared to an amazing standard.

As the location is in a residential area local dogs could be heard at times, although not to the point of causing a problem or disturbance to the stay.

A very tasteful accomodation with nice staff and some pretty corners to explore in the garden. We enjoyed staying on our beautiful veranda in the evening and finding a breakfast box with lovely breakfast when we started to the Kruger NP early the next day. The kitchen staff provided me a great vegan breakfast and always made sure that we’re having a great stay. We can definitely recommend this place and would book again.

Rooms were a bit dark after sunset

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, and I especially loved the tropical rain shower. The hotel’s grounds were beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of my trip was the safari that the hotel staff booked for us—it was an unforgettable experience! I highly recommend this place and would love to return.

We loved the seamless check in, the safety of the property, beautiful gardens, clean and comfortable rooms. Best sleep I have had in ages. We left before breakfast but they offered to pack ours in a cooler bag which we could collect as we left. The breakfast was thoughtful and nicely packed to eat in the car on our trip in the Kruger Park.

Isabella was making reservations for us at a local restaurant but they were already booked so she ordered takeout for us and she set a table for us. Everything was absolutely perfect from the minute we drove up! We highly recommend staying here and look forward to staying again on a future visit.

The Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were neat , and the pool was beautiful to look at

the so cold curfew, I mean why have guest if you are gonna treat them like school children, that needs to be in at 19h00. like we not paying to be there, it annoyed me to a point I had to cancel my trip and change the dates, because wow I can't be bulled into driving recklessly because I quote""" please be here before 19h00, because once the gate is closed its closed""" in my opinion if they can't run a lodge they should not run it period because that statement is unacceptable who is paying who here?

A luxurious location, right by the Phalabowra gate. They are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious.

I I think a little more soundproofing could be helpful because you can hear the dogs barking all night.

Great guesthouse in Phalaborwa. The property is modern with clean and spacious rooms. Staff is friendly and I enjoyed my stay here. The bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast is included and tasty.

It was a really great place to stay. Especially the hosts, with whom we got on really well and who gave us lots of valuable tips for the rest of our trip. I would definitely recommend the accommodation, especially as it is only 10 minutes from the gate to the Kruger. All in all, it was really great!
