This is not my first stay. Convenient location. There is a gas station with a good store nearby. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious dinner.

I don't like the very dim light in the room. I have to turn on all the lamps to somehow light up the room. There is a desk and a chair, but they are very uncomfortable for work. The bathroom also has very dark walls and poor lighting, so it is uncomfortable to shave.

The front lady was very kind and helpful. When we got there, she quickly helped us and handled the paperwork so we could go relax. She was 6 because it was n hot day, she gave us a room close to the pool. There is a security guard who is on duty the entire day and night, as well as a gate that gets closed at night, but that is no problem since everyone gets a remote to come and go as they please. The aircon worked great and there was n fridge hidden in the small cupboard next to the bed.

There is nothing bad to say.

It’s clean. The location is quiet and very relaxing. It’s close to all the shops you need. Not very far from Kruger national park. The host was welcoming and friendly. The food was nice too. We really enjoyed our stay

Maybe if it had more accessible recycling bins then it would’ve been more than perfect

Breakfast times on holidays and weekends due to entry time for Kruger Parks a bit llate. But, in all fairness too all, it was Easter, and the breakfast was more and better than we anticipated We were glad to have stayed for. The breakfast.

I liked everything about the area. I would definitely not hesitate to come again. Next time will book for more nights

The food and service whas excellent.staff whas amazing felt like being at home. Even had lights on in loadshedding times.

Breakfast was good. The location was near the school where we wanted to be. The reception was very friendly.

Royal Game Guest Lodge was well located for access to the Kruger Park. The bedroom was very nice and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Supper was a great home made and tasty meal and the breakfast equally good. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back when we are back in Phalaborwa.

Hester and her staff (Lydia and them) they treated us like family. We really enjoyed our stay..Hopefully we will be back soon...Thank you Hester
