We loved everything about this property, especially the staff. Agus was wonderful every day at breakfast. Rita, the owner was so gracious in explaining so many things about local culture and practices. The rest of the team was always so accommodating and lovely to engage with. The pool was lovely to come home to or to wake up to. The breakfast was exceptional as was the location. It was our little oasis in Padang Padang. We even doubled our stay after a couple of days. Our main reason for visiting Uluwatu was the surfing. We weren’t interested in the party scene, and this was the perfect place for the vibe we were looking for. Thank you to everyone at The Room Padang Padang!! We will definitely be back :)

Very good location - right across the Padang Padang beach. Great 3 course breakfast with hot and cold drink. Free coffee, tea (iced or hot) and water. High quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion in the room. Very nice pool area where you can stargaze after sunset. Very nice and friendly owners who are often around and chat with hotel guests. Professional and friendly staff. Silvester from the reception was really friendly and attentive. He was an interesting person who spoke very good english and was really easy to talk to.

There's nothing to complain about but be careful with the monkeys who try to steal your food during breakfast.

The Room Padang Padang was in such an excellent location. I walked 5 mins to Padang Padang beach, to swim and surf, you can get surf lessons there if you don’t know how. Really close to bars and restaurants too. My favourite thing about The Room Padang Padang, were the nice and friendly staff. The 2 young Indonesian girls at the front, always smiling and offering assistance. The lovely ladies who made the amazing breakfast and special thanks goes to Silvester whom was so helpful and accommodating, and in fact probably the most professional front of house person I have ever had, and I’ve traveled a lot. Silvester was friendly, sincere and welcoming the whole time I was there. I can’t wait to stay there again.

This property was a gem in the Padang Padang area of Uluwatu! Bright and colorful, the aesthetic was beautiful, and the incredibly sweet and helpful staff made it a true peaceful oasis in an otherwise very busy neighborhood. The hotel was incredibly clean and charming, and the location could not be beat. It is literally directly across the street from the entrance to popular Padang Padang Beach. We had two rooms between our family of five with three teenage kids, and everyone had a great stay! The staff is very attentive, the showers are hot and wonderful, the pool is cool and relaxing, and we would definitely recommend it as a comfortable and lovely place to stay with the easiest access to the beach and great little shops and restaurants.

What an amazing hotel to stay! We had the warmest welcome upon arrival as they gave us a refreshing drink by the pool while our room was prepared. The room in itself was very cozy with lots of storage, a spacious and very comfortable bed, great aircon, all the amenities (and more), and an *amazing* outside shower. The pool was gorgeous, the breakfast amazing and the hotel ridiculously well located to Padang-Padang beach. But what made our stay truly magical was the staff. If they helped us with logistics (renting scooters and ordering a taxi to the airport), I got very touched by how they would anticipate our needs. On our departure day, we had to leave very early morning, and it turns out they had organized a fresh and yummy takeaway breakfast for us to take on our way to the airport. A little gem of a location, I will be back for sure!!

The staff at The Room could not do more for you - they are so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is so filling - get to pick one fruit dish, one egg dish and one pancake dish! You also get free coffee and tea throughout the day. The room itself was perfect - everything you needed for your trip. Cleaned the room everyday. Aircon was great. They lend you beach towels which was ideal for us as we didn’t have any. The beers in the mini fridge were only 30k which was a very good price for a hotel! The location was great - easy to get to places. Right opposite Padang Padang beach too (about a 1 minute walk down to the beach). They organised the taxi and boat for us on our check out day to go to Nusa Lembongan. You can request to use the hairdryer and iron.

The property was small and comfortable! It had a lovely vibe and pool area was fantastic. The rooms were of a good size and had everything you needed! A nice touch of a stocked fridge and good prices. The breakfast was great and plentiful ( being able to choose your eggs, fruit, pancakes, coffee and juice!). The staff were wonderful and very helpful! Just across the road from Padang Padang beach entrance and a short walk up the hill to great warungs, restaurants and bars! Would definitely recommend!

Little noisy with construction around but they told us on arrival and can not be helped in Uluwatu!

The staff were amazing, so willing to help you, bring you free coffee, pool towels, scare away monkeys etc. A guests phone got stolen by a monkey and the staff got on the roof and got it back! Yummy breakfasts and the pool was incredible.

Bathrooms were veryyyyy hot as the room we had the bathroom was partly outdoors so very humid which made it a bit smelly.

Everything about my stay was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't be better—just a stone's throw away from Padang Padang Beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafes. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious variety that set us up for the day. Our room was spotless, and the bathroom was nothing short of magnificent, featuring modern amenities and a lovely design. One of my favorite features was the beautiful swimming pool, which provided a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. It was well-maintained and offered a serene atmosphere to unwind. Overall, this experience exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Location - excellent. Very close to the beach. Staff - Amazing, attentive and always willing to assist. Property - very clean, tidy and well maintained.

There was a bit of construction work which was rather noisy when you are trying to nap during the day but that was beyond anyone’s control. Our bathroom was an outdoor shower which I was not a big fan off and it was facing the back street and given the open slated roof covering a lot of the noise transferred through especially early in the morning when the garbage was being picked up or vendors setting up. I would stay here again but in a room with a private shower.
