I had the most amazing stay at PinkCoco, it is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff are so attentive, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and everyday you were given unexpected treats. The room is so well kept with welcome pjs, flip flops, cans of soft drinks, daily treats including cookies and face masks and fresh water. Rooms are cleaned twice a day and they do a turn down service at night. Exceptional stay 😊

The hotel is near good beaches, main street with restaurants and shops The room was clean, smells nice in the room. We stayed in the rooms on the 2nd floor - very nice ocean view The staff was very friendly and helpful Quite place with no outdoor sound

The biggest issue we faced was that, for some reason, we did not have hot water during the two days we stayed. The staff was very friendly—they provided us with a room where we could take a shower and compensated us with dinner—but it was still an inconvenience. Check-in was at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM. This was the only hotel in Bali during our trip where check-in was as late as 3 PM and check-out as early as 11 AM.

Absolutely everything! Trip advisor actually contacted me to ask if I’d received any incentives to write the review I did 😂. The only thing wife and I received was exceptional service! From the moment We checked in We felt so special. Super friendly and helpful Indonesian staff working extremely hard and never without a smile on their faces. Top Italian Chef running the kitchen where delicious food was served. Dj set or live singer during dinner.. Our room was incredible! Go for the horizon view if you can! Breakfast was included and the best we had over our few weeks travelling. Thanks again to all @ PinkCoCo Uluwatu ❤️

The staff at this hotel is more than just friendly – they are truly amazing and incredibly helpful. Every day, I was pleasantly surprised with little treats waiting in my room, which made my stay even more special. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the small snacks by the pool were a delightful touch. However, there were a couple of downsides. There was a noticeable musty smell in the bathroom, and the towels were quite worn out and could use replacing. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was fantastic. My wife and I stayed in the Penthouse suite-a good size room with a beautiful balcony. We had total privacy. The outdoor lounge-bed on the balcony was exceptional. We spent hours enjoying the fresh air and the beautiful view of the ocean. The Penthouse suite was very comfortable with a mosquito netting around the bed. Most unique shower in the bathroom, you simply just have to experience it. Housekeeping staff do a superb job and leave you a little something each night in a form of a surprise. There are two swimming pools plus what one can call a wading pool. Plenty of area to cool off or just lounge. There is a restaurant on the premises, loved our daily breakfasts. All the staff were always available to assist via WhatsApp, you just reach out to them and they respond immediately. Ben, Lupita, thank you for making our stay such a great one.

As someone who enjoys hot showers, the water temp. could have been a bit warmer.

The Pink COCO Uluwatu is a nice little hotel and 3 small pools and a resturant. The rooms are simple, large and nice enough. The bed was firm and the comfort was acceptable but not great. The pools were nice and the grounds and buildings are quite cool with a good vibe. The staff were super friendly and they offered afternoon drinks and icecreams by the pool on occation. The included breakfast at the restaurant included anything on the breakfast menus and so was an excellent choice of tasty breakfast items including smoothies, coffees, eggs benidict etc. The location is right in the middle of many restaurants and 5mins walk from the beach (althoiugh the beach was overcrowded and only average). Overall, I recommend staying here if you like this sort of thing (as opposed to the traditional resort style hotels in Bali)

I like a firm bed but there seemed to be no comfort layer at all so it wasn't the best. I was a little concerned by the hygine practices of the cleaning staff. We were there one day when they cleaned our room and I heard the staff clean the toilet, then he came and took our drinking glasses into the bathroom, bought them back (not sure if he washed them and then he filled our water bottle from a flask he had with him. At no time did he wash his hands between cleaning the toilet and touching our water glasses or bottles (suffice to say we went and asked for clean ones from the resturant)

We had an AMAZING stay here! The location is excellent, staff are very friendly and the rooms were beautiful and clean. We stayed for 3 nights and it made our holiday! We spent some time by the pool and it was peaceful and clean, the staff will bring around little surprises whilst you are relaxing such as fresh fruit and drinks too cool off. It’s a lovely touch. They go out of their way to give you a memorable experience. Each night we were so excited to get to our room to see what surprise had been left for us to find. Couldn’t fault the hotel and service. We had breakfast included which was good value for money and ate a couple of meals here for lunch and dinner one night which were delicious.

Loved this hotel – the setting, the vibe, the staff, amazing breakfast. Small surprise touches like cookies in the room and free poolside snacks/drinks made it extra special. Two beautiful pools with plenty of room to relax. Our room was also decorated for our honeymoon, which was a really lovely gesture that made our stay feel even more personal.

Unfortunately, mid-stay, decorating works began with strong paint fumes and sheets covering areas outside our room – with no advance warning. One morning we were also unnecessarily woken up at 7:45am by staff wanting to move our bags, despite a much later checkout time.

I had a fantastic stay at PinkCoco Bali! The location is perfect—right on the main road, surrounded by great restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. The accommodation had everything I needed, from umbrellas at every door to insect repellent and streaming services like YouTube on the TV. I also appreciated the thoughtful breakfast options, including oat and almond milk. One of the highlights was the poolside service—throughout the day, the staff came around offering delicious treats like fresh fruit, cupcakes, and ice cream. The entire team was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend PinkCoco Bali for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

The accommodation was excellent, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. However, a gym would be a great addition, especially during the wet season when outdoor activities are limited. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!
