I recently stayed at this hotel and I cannot express how wonderful my experience was! The room was not only spacious but also incredibly comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, allowing for a perfect night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, making me feel right at home. I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Claudia, one of the staff members. She was absolutely fantastic always wearing a warm smile and welcoming demeanor that made my stay even more enjoyable. As for the location, it couldn’t be better! The hotel is surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants, a pharmacy, and various shopping options, making it incredibly convenient. Additionally, there’s a spacious area nearby where festivals are held, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. Please note that my booking did not include breakfast, but given the proximity of local eateries, it was easy to find delightful options nearby. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Sure, It was an emotional time for me having to take care of my sister’s injury, and I really needed the perfect, peaceful, luxury place to come to it after a long painful day, and yes it was the best moments for me while entering the homy, loving hotel greeted by all cheerful staff, offering all the help they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Mohammed at the reception desk. He recommended suitable accomodation for me and my family and we really had a wonderful stay! Great location, beautiful surroundings, wonderful staff. The most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, especially Rawan,shahd،Mohamef Ramdan and Elshimy, a lovely and wonderful first impression of the hotel. Everything in the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and spacious with excellent service where we dined. The food was good, great value for money and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well appointed and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.
