The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous and the bed so comfy. Easy access to the room as well.

The only thing we would say is the walls are so thin and there was a family in one of the rooms and the children started playing up and down the walk ways at 6am crying and screaming. Thats not the hotels fault but maybe a sign reminding family of consideration of other guests.

A beautiful hotel to stay in. Check-in was easy with friendly staff to welcome you to the hotel. My room was spotlessly clean and elegantly decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the room was dark at night with no annoying lights or glows. The bistro was well organised and the food was excellent. I couldn't find a public bar area of the hotel, that I could see, which would have been nice and it would have been nice to have the hotel serve breakfast to hotel guests in the bistro as part of their stay. Overall my stay was excellent and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The accommodation was great, the room and bathroom were very clean, and the beds were very comfy. Our room fronted the main street so it was a little noisy, but wasn't really an issue. There are pokies there, along with a bistro with self serve veggies, salad & ice cream. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I dont recall seeing anywhere that the hotel parking was located at the back of the premesis that would of been handy to know prior to check-in.

Staff made us feel very welcomed, even the patrons in the gaming room were as friendly as the staff. The food was great as well, loved the quiz night they were having while we were there we didn't participate, lucky we didn't only answered 2 out of 30 questions, need to get to Gawler more I would say. Thanks for giving us such a lovely place to stay to enjoy your city.

You don't need my advice on getting better, your hotel got to where it is today with all the very good reviews, by you guys so I'm more than certain that when the need arises you will make the right choices.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the accommodation given the venue is a pokies / pub / restaurant facility. The room was very nice, clean and the interior design was modern and comfortable. The venue had very good sound proofing and we couldn’t hear any noise coming up from the gaming room.

Signage is needed to let guests know where to check in when they first arrive. Also, slight issue with the water from the shower getting outside the glass area and soaking the floor and floor towel, think the shower door needs a plastic cover along the bottom and the door to stop the water leaking out. Bed wise, I’m not a fan of memory foam mattresses, they’re too soft and I don’t find it a comfortable nights sleep.

Everything was exceptional with our stay. The food at the pub was great and there was a salad bar buffet with your main meal which was awesome. Great price for meals too. Very friendly and welcoming staff and the rooms are brand new and incredibly well designed. You can tell a lot of money and attention has been spent on refurbing the pub whilst maintaining the beautiful heritage facade. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Everything looked and even smelled very new, it seems they have refurbished the whole place recently. Nice and clean place that I would recommend. It's comfortable, but not particularly cozy.

It felt a bit weird that the first thing upon our arrival was to sign a form saying that we would pay >1000$ in case we set off the fire alarm. Other than that staff was nice. However, the architect they had for their refurbishment didn't really think through their concept. I love the rain shower, but it's hard for those that want to take a shower without washing their hair. There's no power sockets next to the bed, neither a power switch.

The location was excellent and the staff were great. The room had all the mod cons. Netflix etc is always a bonus when accessible. Very good pricing.

There is a square vent in the roof that allows outside air to come inside. You can't switch this off, it's quite loud when it's running and our room was absolutely freezing at times, so you have to set the split to full heat to cater for it. The mattress was terrible guys, please replace it. 😂

Other people staying were not thoughtful at all, 3am return to their room, alot of commotion for 2 hours and then not thoughtful again when leaving 2 hours later. Made our long day of travel even longer with disturbed sleep.

Room was lovely and clean. Perfect for our family and what we needed it for!

The only issue we had is that you have to check in to your room in the gaming room! Obviously you aren’t allowed to take children in so one parent had to stay out and wrangle both kids! Impossible if you’re traveling with kids alone
