Bed was very comfortable! Decent water pressure and heat in the shower. Very clean and tidy. Reasonable room service options (although one of my meals was forgotten). Loved the complimentary cold water!!

The open shower with the shower curtain that continued to cold assault me every few seconds. A shower door would be preferred but understand that the weird shape of the shower might make that challenging. Terrible view out the window of the bird poop stained roof of the adjacent building. Probably not a lot that can be done about that.

The room was small but a decent size, it was clean and convenient for my overnight stay. The price I paid was definitely a bargain, which is great. The bathroom was nice and the bed was comfy. Thank you to the staff for letting me check in earlier then usual, they were also very polite. Restaurant downstairs.

The accommodation isn’t wheelchair accessible but in saying that I don’t need to use a wheelchair.

The room was perfect for a family. The separate sleeping area for the teenagers was brilliant. The beds and linen were of an excellent standard, very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Excellent value for such spacious accomodation, particularly over the Xmas period. The free water bottles were a nice touch as were the lollies on the pillow. We received a discount voucher for drinks and meals at the bistro. The location was handy to visit family for Xmas who due to ADF commitments live in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide. The area the accomodation is can be "interesting" as well knew from previous visits to the area, but the accomodation was very secure and we felt very safe and comfortable. Really happy with our stay.

Honestly, it exceeded our expectations. There was nothing not to like!

Great night, room comfortable and good food at the pub too even if we waited quite a long time for our meal (they offered us a free drink to apologise so it was all good)

They forgot our meals at the pub so we waited almost 1.5 hours for our meal... gave us a free drink, we were ok with that, but if we were tired or in a rush it could have been a bit too long

The room was spotless. The bed & pillows were so comfortable.

The stairs were quite steep. I have trouble with mobility and found them quite awkward. The hand rail is very slippery, with nothing to hold on to. I believe they're hoping to get a dumb waiter, which would help those less able to manage the stairs. The hand basin in the bathroom takes forever to drain. I don't know how they can remedy this, but it needs to be fixed.

Staff members were friendly , helpful, and very professional. Our room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was amazing, and the bathroom was very clean. We enjoyed the complimentary lollies and bottles of water in the fridge, we were also given a complimentary drink card each on arrival when we checked in.

The staff were lovely to deal with, the beds were so comfty and the location was right near the shops and not to far from Barossa. Meals at the pub were yummy and the cleaners looked after us knowing we had a family of five staying by making sure had extra towels, shampoo etc. Lived that they provided bottled of water and breakfast packs.

I was told they would try get the cleaners to do something special for my sisters birthday but when I got there no one seemed to know about it which was fine but would of preferred to be told they don’t do anything like that. Sheets and blankets were not cleaned properly as had stains that looked fresh but when I told the staff they apologised. Bathroom was small and could do with an update but was clean. I would definitely stay again

The location was good for us due to the proximity to my family. The rooms were clean. I loved the addition of the lollies on the bed and the coffee facilities. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious.

I would have liked breakfast available (even a breakfast box would have been good). Everything else suited our needs.

The rooms where spacious, slept like a baby in the bed, the ensuite had everything you needed. Staff was great from cleaners to bar staff and restaurant workers and the food from room service was delicious.

if you do not do stairs well this is not the place for you but everything else is Great

The hotel manager (Trae) service was exceptional and he's a very good guy. He went over and beyond for us. Absolutely magnificent!

The older lady at the point of check out was exceedingly rude and not welcoming at all! She acted so much like a racist!
