The accomodation was modern and clean, the apartment had a very new looking washer/dryer combo machine which was handy. The room was cleaned daily which was great and the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, they were able to source a baby bath for our infant during our stay which made things easier for us too. It was only a short walk to Woolworths and the main street with cafes and shops.

The on-site carpark is quite small and was fully booked out on our first night, and there are only 2 hour street parks on weekdays until 6pm which was a bit inconvenient. I suggest booking a carpark in advance if you need one. The street parking on weekends isn't time limited though which was good.

Great clean accommodation, good toiletries and nice coffee pod machine available.

Paying for Parking down the street and around the corner, having to walk back from there at night and in the morning in an unfamiliar location with my elderly mother suffering from dementia, in cold weather. Our mistake for assuming parking was included and on premise. We are from out of town. The receptionist asking why we were in Adelaide? Not her business. It was for medical and quite off putting.

Room was comfortable and easy to find. Having the restaurant down stairs for room service was really nice. Easy check-in and check-out. Bed was very comfortable.

The complimentary coffee pods and milk were only replenished twice during my 7 day stay. The room was not made up after the first night. I found the TV/Casting system very complicated to navigate and there were no in-room instructions. There was a loud "wind" noise in the hallway for some of the nights.

Free pick-up from the airport. We arrived before check in and so left our luggage on site to find it was kindly already delivered to our room upon return. Reported maintenance issues were promptly attended to. Staff were really helpful.

Struggled with operating the televisions - scanning a code for instructions not a good option for older people who perhaps don't have the latest technology or the know how. . .

Location is good for access to vineyards and the villages scattered north of Adelaide. Mawson Lakes is a nice suburb with a Cafe precinct beside the man made lake, great food at the pub, Woolies, Aldies etc. The room was plenty large enough for the 5 nights we stayed. Kitchenette, laundry, comfy bed. All good. Gated parking (limited) is nice.

There really wasn't anything that comes to mind, other than a couple of power points didn't work. There were plenty around that did though.

Great location next to the University and situated with a bus stop directly in front of hotel, which travels to Adelaide City (markets) by bus, but also a train station a ten minute walk away. Great boba place downstairs too.

Would have been lovely to have the attached restaurant open on Sunday morning for breakfast. But no other issues with hotel or staff or services. Possibly some onsite parking at back of hotel made possible. Although, there was an option for off street parking at a price with a two minute walk.

The room and its facilities were exceptional. It was serviced after my first night which was much appreciated. There was no problem taking my own vehicle as a gated car park provided secure and safe parking. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Access outside of Reception's business hours was not a problem at all! I will happily stay there again.

When I booked, I didn’t realised that I needed to also book my car for the hotel secure carpark. I was travelling with my elderly mother and walking distances are an issue. Micheal from Quest Mawson Lakes was extremely helpful and got this sorted out for me. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Made the stay more relaxing. Thank you.

During our stay Adelaide had extremely cold weather. The room air conditioning wouldn’t heat during the day although at night it wasn’t an issue.

The room was clean and fairly comfortable.

Off site parking about 500m or maybe more from the hotel, okay if your fit and healthy and if it's not raining, it was an added cost of $20 a night which wasn't made clear at the time of booking. Also would have liked a decent chair in the room

We received a complimentary upgrade to a two room king apartment which was delightful! The apartment was well equipped and spacious. It was clean and tidy and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The property is in an excellent location.
