Car parking light was coming in to the room.

Bed was comfy, room had everything needed

My room was clean, no sign to stop room service from coming in when I wasn’t present so when I returned the room was full of long black hair, on the bed on the towels in the bathroom? I have short blonde hair. Also advertises bistro but when I arrived bistro is not functioning. I didn’t realise it was attached to a pub and had some very noisy neighbours and multiple screaming arguments in the car park.:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, although small had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Great to have water provided in the fridge that was replenished each day.

There is no dining room/bistro to have a meal and the Sports Bar was quite loud and didn’t feel welcoming. The car park doesn’t feel particularly safe - there was a man wandering around the cars suspiciously on several occasions (however there is security at the pokies entrance).

The hotel smelled so crisp, fresh, and clean no matter where you went. The room was great, and the air con was on for our arrival. The room was equipped well, and the bed was so super comfy. Curtains blocked out the morning sun, which was a pleasant surprise. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

There was nothing I didn't like. No complaints.

The staff are lovely and welcoming, it was our first time staying and weren't sure where we needed to be but they helped us. Our room was up a short flight of stairs, no elevator, the room was open with 3 beds and had a tv, wardrobe and desk to sit at. The air-conditioning was fabulous in our room, above the beds facing towards the centre of the room it really kept the room nice during the hot evening. Downstairs they have two arcade pinball machines and an air hockey table which we loved. Over all fantastic stay and will definitely be back if we are in the area.

I didn't particularly enjoy the fact that the windows don't crack, we enjoy fresh air to cancel out the hotel room smell, there was no microwave or cooking facilities in the rooms and the kitchen was closed which we read before arrival, otherwise fabulous

Amazing large room, with the most comfortable beds it was like sleeping on a cloud, the amazing staff including Lilly who took our reservation, the security staff to let us through gaming as we had an underage person staying, complimentary drink on arrival, absolutely perfect, bus stop outside, supermarket one block away, what more could you ask for?

Stairs, not disabled friendly (wheelchair, walking stick)

Convenient location north west of the city centre, away from a lot of the hustle and bustle. $25 to city via taxi. Room was OK with a great bed. Plenty of off street parking available.

Rooms are only accessible via 2 flights of stairs. No restaurant/bistro on site. Although Vietnamese establishment directly across the road is awesome. Rooms should have a microwave.

The staff were lovely especially the barmade with streaks of blue in her hair was most helpful and was very hospital with me and my lady friend. Good job nice work cheers.

The room next to us was having a domestic dispute and ot was loud enough for someone to complain. All good though it was sorted out and there was peace again. Cheers

The room was large and comfortable to move about bright, neat and tidy. Bathroom too was spacious and a great shower. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Would stay again with the Nightcap Hotel group if all their hotels are as good as this. Good value!

Bed was super comfortable.....didn't want to get out of bed! 🙂 Shower/bathroom well set out and convenient for the space.

Not enough variety in snacks/bar food. Hot & cold. Linen staff came and woke me at 10am, when I requested a late check out for 11am. Communication breakdown between Admin upon check-in and morning linen staff? Other than that, an excellent stay.
