The location is ideal for our visiting purposes. The place is comfortable and safe. The accommodation is well priced and parking fantastic. The booking and check in process was great and the facility could even assist us in providing accommodation at a later date in the year. Superb 👍.

The area can be a bit bright at night time but we managed 😄. The bathroom sliding door kept coming off its hinges and was a bit stiff to slide. Only minor in the grand scheme of things.

Location was perfect for my needs. Room was a good size with a decent bathroom, beds were comfortable and lovely staff. I liked that the room had a toaster, kettle and microwave. And price was good.

The parking is a huge issue, not only for me and my family but also for other guests. The way the lines have been done for the carparks are angled wrong making it impossible to get into the carpark without going in and out many times to avoid hitting other cars or the fence. We watched several guests trying to get into their car parks, even having to get out their car numerous times to check if they were inside the lines. This issue really needs addressing asap. Remarking the lines would be my suggestion.

The location was convenient and affordable. It was for one night, New Years Eve, booked as emergency accommodation and I had to catch an early flight. I found the staff very friendly and helpful, late access to the room was easy and they provided all I needed. Room was very clean, spacious and quiet. The bed was firm but comfortable, covers just right for the time of year. There was crockery and cutlery, toaster and microwave had I needed them. Easy wifi access, plenty of bench space and pleasant decor added to the pleasure.

I was a bit taken aback at first by the surrounds. The motel is right on a busy road with no green space or food outlets obvious nearby. However guests with a car could easily find them.

Very spacious room comfortably sleeping 4. There were only 3 of us and we had restful night - one bed each. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom was clean as well be it bit dated. Good value for money. Main reason for staying here was to attend A-league match at Coopers stadium. This has proved to be a good choice as stadium was easy 25min walk away. We could leave our car at the motel and not worry about the traffic and parking. City centre was also not too far on foot. Not as close as stadium, but still nice early morning walk as it was super hot weekend (40+ degrees). There were number of eateries along the road where Motel was located, so food was not an issue. Foodworks groceries 5-10 min walk, and closest Coles supermarket (and suburban shopping centre) 15 min by car. Host was very professional and welcoming.

Parking spots are bit tight, but given location, can't really complain. It was easy enough to get in and out, but not much space to open the doors if other cars are there. Aircon was old and noisy but that didn't bother us as it worked fine in 40 degree heat.

City West is a gem. Fresh milk in a bottle, so I felt like I was staying with friends. Good access, good location, so close to city, parks and good food. Good reviews made the decision for me. I would recommend City West Motel if you want a clean, comfy, and friendly place to lay ur head for a night, or nights.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Free wifi and free off street parking. A lot of places in the city charge extra for parking. Good location. Foodland about 10 minute walk. Hotels for meals nearby and city only down the road.

Only problem was the parking was cramped. You have to go in and out a few times to get in and out, and was even harder if neighbors don't park straight. Was noisy with air traffic and sirens, but that is expected for the city.

The location is great for our needs. Checking in is always very easy and the property is always warm and comfortable.

The air conditioning unit was a little noisy overnight for some reason that we haven't noticed as such before.

Room was in a great spot. Easy to walk to the Entertainment centre and food choices in the area were great Staff assisted me and were very helpful when I phoned.

Nothing to report here. We were very happy with the area. Parking was a bit tight, but it was free, so not really a complaint, just needed a little help from the husband to park better.

It was the location I needed, and handy to some excellent places to eat. I had room 6, downstairs and at the back - a view of the garden, upgraded aircon and well updated inside, very clean. I had my car to get around so I can't comment on the walkability, but the Pixie and the Hawk to the west was a lovely little Cafe with beautiful food - I'm guessing it's not too far on foot. Rooms 1-5 are along the lane in , 6-8 in the back group - all these are ground floor; 9-11 are upstairs.

As per everyone's comments with a car - parking is difficult, i got more used to it bu i had a very small car. There is one larger park at the end - optimistically 4wd park but be prepared to do many pointed parking if all car parks are full. Actually think I'd feel more comfortable if the fence behind had a rubber surface and then you could bump park in and out. It's tight!

The staff are very friendly, going above and beyond for their guest. The location is great! Just outside the city centre with a bus stop within a short walking distance to the motel.

I’ve had two stays here. First time in room 4 which is closer to the reception and then room 6 which is further back. I found that while the motel wifi was good in room 4, I couldn’t connect at all in room 6. I’m sure that means the wifi motem is in the office and doesn’t reach the whole property. They definitely need a signal booster.
