EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS 💕From the warm welcome to the dining and bar staff, 11 out of 10 for customer service !! Loved the room, exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Light , bright, airy rooms with quality fittings. Nice meals downstairs. The bed, OMG THE BED!!! Comfortable is an understatement !!! The best part is the location. We occasionally stay in the city Centre, but the Findon is such a perfect location as it's close to everything. Can't believe how inexpensive the room was, and free welcome drinks on top of that. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough !!!👍👍👍

Only 10 or so minutes from the airport in the evening. Shops within walking distance (actually next door!). I had Room 3. It was a nice, sizable room with big windows/doors out on to the balcony. View wasn't necessarily amazing (back of the property & overlooking the rear carpark) but it was quite private and the size of the windows allowed in a lot of light during the day and breezes. Staff member at reception was lovely to deal with.

Very creaky floor. And it wasn't just one spot - and believe me, I checked - but it was everywhere, so there was no avoiding it. I'm a night-owl, so I felt very sorry for my neighbours. If I was the only one there, I wouldn't have cared. Also, box of tissues in the room would have been handy but fortunately, there's an Aldi next door, so problem solved.

The customer service was excellent, it’s close to the QEH and had everything we needed for our emergency trip to Adelaide.

You could hear the room next door through the walls. Although there were signs to say to be quiet and respectful of other patrons, our neighbours were not. We purchased ear plugs so was fine after the first night. Having said this, I would still stay there again.

Handy location for bus and shopping centre. Comfy room that was very functional. Watching the wild parrots from the balcony. Friendly staff. Choice of bars. Was worried after the reviews about noise with getting off uk flight but had very comfy stay. Will probably stay again on way home to be near airport

Nothing really. The walls are on the thinner side but ive had much worse.

Very friendly and helpful staff and reception. Very accomodating, even arranged, and allowed, early check-in for me. Room and bed was comfortable. Fresh cold bottled water in fridge, replenished daily and everything you need.

Bathroom was a little cramped but it's an older building and they have done the best with what they are working with. Sound travels through the building but in saying that it was pretty quiet especially in the evenings and sleep time.

The room was clean, and the facility was up to standard. The noise level really depends on your neighbours due to the nature of the setup. The bed was clean and comfy and the room was spacious. All the staff are friendly and helpful. ALDI is across the road if you are peckish. We really enjoyed the complimentary drink at the pub downstairs.

A hairdryer would be handy to have.

The manager and the staff were pleasant, cheerful and courteous and went out of their way to suit my needs. Plus my dinner came to my room and it was ample, cook well, also my dessert was presented well and plenty. The place and the hotel was so quiet that I slept until early morning. I would stay with the Nightcap anytime.

Reception Staff efficient and very helpful. Room staff also efficient and happy to help.

Expected room to have microwave as per photo in system. 😀

The Findon Hotel was great, Rhys was very kind & helpful upon check in & a great Barman.. The meals were huge, My Daughter liked the kids play area, our accomodation was nice, rooms were lovely, clean & modern.. I loved the Rain Shower, It had everything we needed, free WiFi, water & milk in bar the fridge, coffee & tea.. Toiletries supplied & we loved the little balcony.. The location was perfect & close to My Cheerleading State Comps at the 36ers Arena.. Would 100% stay here again..

I couldn't fault the place.

Comfortable Beds. Great location and facilities. Excellent restaurant. Staff are great. It is obvious that they enjoy their jobs. I would stay here again given the opportunity.

The wifi wouldn't connect to the smart tv. Staff did their best to fix the issue but the issue was beyond their capabilities. They ended up moving us to another room for the remainder of our stay. Rooms are clean but the showers in both rooms need some extra attention. Mould and body fat at the bottom of the shower curtains. If it wasn't for the bathrooms in both rooms, I would have given you a 10. Everything else was great. The state of the showers was such a contrast to the management and presentation of the rest of the establishment. I would be coming down a little harder on your cleaning staff.
