Friendly and helpful staff. Big room, comfy bed and spa bath was a great bonus for the price. Location was convenient and close to restaurants. Complimentary drinks was a nice touch.

Good accommodation in the north-east of the city. Once the check-in on a Sunday was sorted (made unnessecarily difficult by your comms and processes) everything was fine and comfortable.

The communications you send via email/text are really negative and aggressive in tone. If you don't do X we will charge you Y etc. Really offputting.

I liked the balcony view, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud and so comfortable. The room was spotless clean, the mini bar fridge was filled with stuff if interested with drinks or snacks and the spa bath was relaxing. I like the security doors, you have to use your card to scan to get through multiple doors and its very secure. I felt very safe being here knowing there are security measures to make the guests feel safe and the staff were very friendly/helpful.

Not much I can say that I don't like, I am fussy enough as it as and I just found this place absolutely fantastic.

First impression was a staff member who was excellent. I didn’t see his name but he was very accommodating to us as we arrived early. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. There were breakfast bowls and spoons which was great as we had brought our own cereal. Cereal also available at a cost. Free good coffee by reception available at all times. Easy walking distance to Westfield shopping Centre and from there you can catch buses to the city. We also received 2 free drink vouchers for Paradiso which is a small bar/restaurant at the back of the hotel. Highly recommend it.

The bathroom sink was missing a plug. The bathroom door could have had a touch up of paint and the 2 hooks on the back of the door were broken. This is not a deal breaker of course, but just an observation.

Nice sized, clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced room. Great shower, and there was a spa in the bathroom as well, but we didn't end up using it, sadly. Appointments and decor were good. Towels were nice and fluffy (and more available if required). Bed was comfortable and we didn't have any problems with noise.

There wasn't a lot of staff on reception when there wasn't an event in the reception hall. Views weren't brilliant, and the air conditioning had to be left running as it took a while to cool the room down on days in the high 30s. Mini-bar prices were... well... mini-bar priced and the bedside bottles of water were $4 - but they were well signposted as such. Coffee from the machines at reception was undrinkable. Not terrible problems overall and didn't detract from our experience.

Everything was so beautiful, it was well cleaned, the staff were beyond kind and accomodating, and it’s in a great location, it’s a great value for money

The only downside to the rooms is that you can’t control the temperature of the air conditioning. It’s already preset. Because the nights were going to be cold our air-conditioning was set to heat and when we were out and about all day we came back to a really hot room. My partner also has an issue with sweats while he sleeps so it wasn’t very comfy not being able to put the air conditioning on to Cool, however The staff were so accommodating about switching our room temperature for like an hour just so that we could call it down a little bit which I’m so thankful for
