Absolutely fabulous newish hotel in Mawson Lakes. The room was so spacious and comfortable, with an excellent bed and bathroom. The hotel itself is super well-located central to supermarket, shops and restaurants in Mawson Lakes. There is a great bar and restaurant in the hotel as well - the restaurant was delicious! It was busy on some evenings with conference and corporate groups, as there appear to be conference facilities in the hotel as well. The housekeeping, front desk, etc. were all helpful. Also, we liked the filtered water tap on each floor - great initiative.

Very welcoming, respectful, helpful and kind staff. We really appreciate the coutesy and service of every staff members we've dealt with. Clean room with environment friendly products and initiatives. Contemporary design. Comfortable robes. Spacious room. Great food and cocktails.

Lack of amenities as it only has the gym, no entertainment or other facilities like a pool, hamam, etc. Would have prefered at least a queen size vs a double size bed. Sheets on the bed were quite noisy as we move at night. We had to ask several times to supply an additional set of in room amenities for the 3rd person occupying the room before we got them on day 2. The card was not activated properly as we couldn't access the gym level or the parking gate throughout our stay. The pastry at the buffet breakfast were neither tasty nor fresh although everything else was great. We'd also prefer an espresso cup for the espresso and machiato instead of normal cups.

The rooms were beautiful, nice and big. I loved how easy it was to use the google cast on the TV. The restaurant food was amazing!

There was nothing in the mini bar and to order from room service was an extra $5 service fee. It did not even have water and you could only fill up the jar in the room via the communal water fountain. The glass jug in our room had someone else's water from before our stay. We couldn't order water on the room service. The pillows were horrible and noisy. I didn't get much sleep.

We liked the breakfast but if you're staying for over a week then expect to see and eat the same food everyday which kind of bored you eventually. Needs some variety of food.

Wish they would really refresh linen/beddings..or the couple robes. For someone with Asthma I inspect bedsheets and pillow thoroughly, you could tell they just sort, dust up and fold the same after room service everyday until you're ready to check out.

Everything is so new and beautiful and reception smells amazing! The staff are very professional and lovely and it was so quiet. The interior design elements are beautiful and ambient. It was a bit difficult finding our room but once we did it was excellent.

The music in the reception area was too loud every time we were in there so it wasn’t a one off. The last time we had to ask for it to be turned down so we could make a phone call. We’re both musicians so if it’s too much for us it’s too much for everyone.

A brand new hotel,.only a few weeks old. It's a great location, surrounded by food shops, cafes and shopping. Transport into Adelaide is convenient, and for road it's the perfect gateway. The room had a great view, good layout, spacious and comfortable. The bath tub was huge, enough for 2 people. Staff were friendly and parking was a breeze.

The drinks bar fridge was empty and no snacks, which was probably a good thing.

Staff were very friendly and polite and explained everything well. The room was excellent with a great bed and fantastic pillows. Rated the bathroom highly as well. Wasn't really there long enough to rate the location properly or test out the amenities. Would have to come back another time to check out the area and transport options,etc.

Absolutely a beautiful property, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable Bed was heavenly What was a surprise was the central atrium, stunning If you forgotten toiletries, no need to worry, they have thought of everything, even complementary slippers and a gown provided to wear

We did have a little trouble finding reception

Breakfast was very good great range of food, pleasant dining room. Our evening meal was excellent.

Only one thing which I found irritating was the fact that the lighting at the mirror behind the front door was non existent so not easy to check your look and hair before going out!

Fantastic staff, lovely restaurant and bar, amazing room, so so comfy, best bed I’ve slept in forever and the pillows are amazing, shower was fantastic, great location with plenty of free parking and food around, just awesome.
