This hotel was on my bucket list for years and finally had the opportunity to visit and it did not disappoint in the slightiest, the photos match reality Amazing for a two night stay, we enjoied the view in the pool, the breakfast was good, the staff were amazing and helpful

lack of privacy, villas are close to each other, we could see the people inside their villa , i wish if they planted trees in between villas or offer partition or any kind cover (note: i knew the pools were not covered but didnt expect the villas as well)

There is only one restaurant and food there was below average. Tasteless and very small portions for a high price. Kamala beach is absolutely disgusting ..not worth going there. Territory outside the resort is atrocious..

no privacy at the pool . as a muslim i couldnt swim. i paid 30,000 Baht for the pool and didnt swim. Yeam changed the room and gave me options but still no privacy

Breakfast was exceptional. It felt gourmet and had many options to choose from. The baked goods were amazing every morning. the Ala carte options were each delicious from the pancakes to the dim sum to the Indian crepe. Even the salmon Benedict was the best I’ve ever had. The bed in the room was the best bed I’ve ever slept in. The shower and the tub was very nice. Every part of the room felt like there was thought out into it. Also, since it was our honeymoon our villa assistant got us complimentary champagne !!and of course we enjoyed it in the tub for extra romance. 10/10 stay.

If I didn’t like anything, it was maybe the blocked view from our tree house pool villa. We couldn’t see anything past the tree and ferns. Where as other similar villas had an overlooking view. And since there was trees in front of our villa, the pool didn’t warm up as much since they are not heated. But I didn’t mind that as much since we could go to the main pool area with the waterfall. Not a big deal !

Absolutely exceptional. Their attention to details blew us away. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, attentive and caring. Forget any hotel/ resort experience, this one is different than anything else. We stayed in the birds nest villa. Yes you would think it’s expensive but once you see it, nothing in the world compares to it. I was on my honeymoon and had an amazing experience. For a romantic getaway it’s highly recommended. Also book their private dinner. They had an amazing setup for us and it my wife and I had the best time. Words cannot describe the incredible experience at Keemala. Where do we start with Keemala? Just WOW. The most stunning, magical, beautiful place. We came for 4 nights and stayed in a clay cottage. First off the welcome, from the guys on security, to the guys that help with bags and drive you around on golf carts, to the beautiful girls at reception everything is 5 star, so welcoming, so helpful and not over the top. instant luxury and attention to detail. the grounds are stunning, you instantly feel like you’re in the tree tops in a forest. clay cottage is unreal, own pool, surrounded by greenery, smells of jasmine. bathroom is gorgeous, outside shower, inside shower with incredible pressure. girls, the products, think Cowshed vibes, they feel expensive and smell incredible. every night the turndown service delivers something special to your room, candied fruits, some savoury Thai delight, something baked… Then there’s the food….as a foodie myself, this was the best, the food menu, the drinks menu, cocktails, everything is curated so well and perfectly, never your standard cocktail list, amazing unique cocktails. Thai food is insane. breakfast is insane, get it included, you can have it in the dining room, or in your room, no extra charge. the pool area is stunning swim up bar, lovely staff, comfortable beds, towels, gorgeous x I could go on! Download Grab, (Uber) to get taxis in an out, as due to the height of the hill getting into the resort is not that easy to walk out into Kamala beach. this isn’t a big deal at all, we did it most days to explore the beaches and if you can afford to stay here you can afford to spend £10 on Grabs to the beaches. would highly recommend Bang Tao Beach, Surin Beach for sunset especially. Honestly I could carry on, just unreal place. we didn’t want to leave and are already thinking about coming back. If this is in budget; just BOOK IT

So, we loved it, gym had a good set up but small, bike, treadmill, and a few weight machines. So don’t come if you want to continue with an extensive training regime. The pool. Stunning, not very many beds, and the beds that are there only get the sun until 2ish before the sun moves behind trees. If they clipped the trees more often it would be better for people that want to tan. we were in 106 and the pool was gorgeous but if the trees were clipped back to open the space more the pool would have been much more in the sun. as it was it was pretty much shaded all day.

A wonderful place to stay. Our tent villa was spectacular. Also personal and service was great. And last but not least, YEAM was wonderful. She took care of us immediately on every issue. Thanks a lot to Yeam and whole team.

I guess because of low season there were some minor maintenance and repair works going on at the hotel, especially in the pool area. It was a little boring. Also hotel is not near good beaches. There is shuttle to Kamala Beach. But if you are looking for privacy, this is the best place...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Keemala Resort in Phuket, and I must say it was the best experience ever! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Throughout my stay, Jinnie, my butler, went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met. She was fantastic, always available and attentive to the smallest details. The entire team, from the reception to the housekeeping staff, deserves a huge thank you. The resort itself is stunning, and the level of care and hospitality provided made my stay truly memorable.
