We entered the West gate of the property and greeted Christian who was very friendly who gave us our parking pass. The managing staff, Carrie and Melanie, and Winter made sure we had the needed instructions for a seamless checkin. They gave us info places to tour and restaurants in the area. They made us feel right at home. I went there to celebrate my 63rd birthday. Our stay was wonderful, more like in an apartment very clean with nice decor, well stocked kitchen our balcony faced Lake Desoto as we requested. This place is in gated community Hot Springs Village in the Ouachita mountains. The surroundings are beautiful with lots of trees walking trails along Lake Desoto. There are lots of amenities in the area to enjoy. We will definitely be coming back.

Just minor things to mention Our dishwasher did not work but was immediately fixed by Kevin.

Great setup for our party of five. We had a two bedroom lockout unit which provided two bedrooms, two kitchens, and two bathrooms. The resort was quiet and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were nice and nearby.

We did use to the sofa sleepers for more privacy and they could use some attention. we struggled to open one and found the other one not very comfortable. Otherwise we found everything comfortable and well stocked.

We always enjoy our stay at Los Lagos and this was probably our 10th or so time. We love how close it is to Hot Springs and there is plenty to do on the property and in the Village. I enjoy going to the antique shops and my husband loves to golf and then in the evenings we go explore or bowl. The rooms are always clean and well stocked. The staff is amazing and even though we miss Andrea 💗 we are always well taken care of.

We wanted a nice, relaxing getaway and this location gave us exactly what we needed. The whole suite was amazing, clean and spacious. We were able to enjoy baths together in the jacuzzi tub, the shower was huge, the bed was so comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

The water pressure was not that good.

This place has a cute woodsy charm about it. I loved all the amenities it provided inside the cabin. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the location was beautiful, sitting right on the Lake. Every time I go to visit my family in Hot Springs Village we will stay there.

Front room tv didn’t work.Iron was corroded and stained my shirt. Shower was faulty. Came for swimming pool and it was closed due to maintenance for our entire stay.Pull out mattress needs to be replaced asap. The bed was not made for two.

The place was quiet and not packed at all when we went. The facilities were clean and basically an apartment. They checked in to make sure everything was to our liking but didn't bother us. Check-in and check-out was smooth and hassle free!

I can't think of anything that we didn't like.

The size is a step up from a hotel room with a separate bedroom and the kitchenette is perfect for anything you would need including cooking a meal.

For the basic rooms, the thermostat is connected to the room next door. When they are not booked up, it seems they give out the room with the thermostat first. But I would not want to stay in this place if I could not control the thermostat and it would surprise me if someone else liked the temperature I liked.

Location, loved the balcony and the convenience to the trail along Lake DeSoto. Nice spacious condo.

The noise coming from people/screaming kids late at night that kept us awake.

Property location in Hot Springs Village is awesome. Layout if property is great and always feel safe.

Dated furniture (broken sofa) in my unit. Management (Edna) said was unable to accommodate a move to different unit due to expected capacity. I didn’t understand why she would not offer a different vacant unit to me, fix the problem in my assigned unit and then give it to new arrivals. I made my stay the best it could possibly be. The broken (unstable and wobbly) sofa was stabilized by staff but after repair, it was significantly lower and uneven with attaching sofa. The piece is dated and the pillows and springs are worn internally which made sitting on any part of the couch extremely uncomfortable. I reported when upon my late night arrival via text and early the morning. Please….replace the sofa before your next guest in unit 74A.
