The Location and Staff were 5 star. The esthetics and hotel view was really nice .

Comparing the property to other Hilton tapestries hotels it was below average in accommodations. Rooms didn’t seem Hilton quality. ( bathroom fixtures loose on walls , blinds wouldn’t retract, dust and spider webs in ceiling , few bugs on the floor ). Just needs a little TLC.

Valet parking, and the accidental. I paid $900 already. I had to pay another $120 for valet and $25 a night for accidental. Booking.com should specify that on their app. So the cusaccidental. Other than that, the hotel was awesome.

Location was amazing and the staff was extremely helpful. The overall aesthetic was attractive and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The drinks from the rooftop bar were fantastic. The restaurant had a delicious breakfast menu.

The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom door. It was a barn-type sliding door and it didn't close fully. Very awkward!

Absolutely loved the location. Walking distance to downtown and right next door to the Ohio Club! Also really liked how quiet the area seemed at night.

The elevator was not working and the staff would not exit the elevator so the guests staying on the 5th floor could leave -- multiple guests ended up taking the stairs with our luggage (for the price being over $300 this was disappointing).

The location was great!!! The staff was friendly. Nice gym. Cool rooftop bar. Bar downstairs was good.

The only thing I could say needed worked on was the the upstairs bar employees was on her phone and didn’t get of her chair to seat us. Just told us to set anywhere. Then was texting instead of waiting tables. Had to go inside to the bar to get service.

The location was perfect. We could walk to everything we wanted to do.

The room was nice but felt a bit cramped. We still loved it though. We had a beautiful view and the exposed brick wall with windows was what I hoped it would be from the pictures on the site.

Check in was a breeze. Our room was comfortable and clean. We loved the rooftop bar and restaurant that was on site. Service was good and the menus were interesting. We loved everything we ordered. The hotel was near other points of interest to include the National Park and Bath Houses and were very easy to get to. Valet parking was quite reasonable.

Can't think of thing we did not like.

Room was very clean and well put together - the property was on point for an authentic experience with the hallways and tiles evoking a much earlier period in time.

View from the room was bad - would have booked a different room at more expense if it had been offered. Only other challenge was an elevator out of service - it broke while we were there. Staff at rooftop bar needed to enable the stairwell that night rather than blocking the stairs.

The room is great, nice bathroom too. The Resturant downstairs has the most amazing food & great service. Keirsten at the front desk was amazing & efficient in helping us with anything we needed. The rooftop bar was great as well ❤️ 100% would return again!

The hotel renovations were very well done. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the hotel's central location.

1. There was no way to secure the bathroom door. 2. While the common areas were fine, the guest room air conditioning stopped working around 12:00 am and no estimated time for correction was provided by guest services. We checked out at 9:00 am and it had never came back on. Again, no explanataion from guest services.
