Great location, great staff.

The pool was dirty day 1. I told the front desk it is dirty. Day 2 a little better. Day 3 dirty. Day 4 pool was gross. I told the front desk about this. They came out to look, and then the pool was closed down. We all had to leave the entire pool area. We booked this hotel to stay by the pool and chill. The other thing we didn't like was the placement of the TV. The TV is usually on the wall in front of the bed. The TV in our room was on the right side of the bed by the entrance of the bathroom. Due to this, we both had neck issues. I have to say the people at the front desk were great. Sorry, I didn't want to write a bad review but the pool situation was really bad.

Logan at the front desk is fantastic. Greeted us the minute we walked through the door with the hello welcome. No one has ever said that to us at a town Plaza suite and those are our hotels of choice as we travel back-and-forth across the country. The rooms were spotless. The pans were spotless the dishes, everything spotless. This is an example of how every town Plaza suite should be. This reminded us of Farmington, New Mexico, our favorite location

what I didn’t like is that Fox News was on which is to me a political statement. What should be on in the reception of the lobby…Is the Marriott reel about their locations. We also didn’t like that all the smokers were situated right at the front door, but that’s a prejudice on us because we hate smoking. other than that love this place

Hotel is in a very central location making it easy to get around town. The facility was beautiful and all parts were VERY clean. The room was perfect and the amenities were so nice. All of the staff were friendly and helpful! You expect the front desk staff to be welcoming but I also ran into maids, the maintenance man and the ladies who made breakfast- everyone greeted us and wished us a good day. Their kindness was exemplary! We were in town for a relatives funeral and we appreciated this even tho they didn't know the details of our visit . This will definitely be our go to hotel for future visits and I will tell everyone I know how wonderful it is!

The breakfast was awesome but my only complaint was that it didn't stay open later than 9:00. That's because the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it!!

Staff was phenomenal and rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel. I also left behind my beats. Called the hotel, they had been turned in by the cleaning staff and the manager mailed them to me!

I asked for rooms side by side because our family is so big we have to get two rooms. We had rooms in two separate alcoves across the hall. But the rooms were fantastic and it wasn’t a huge inconvenience.

The top reason I chose this hotel was for the handicap room. I traveled with mom, whom is in a wheelchair, the room we got was absolutely wonderful for getting her in the shower and maneuvering around in a wheelchair.

The room was wonderful, but if I had to choose something to improve it may be the entrance door to the hotel room. It was hard to get her in the door with a wheelchair because there wasn’t a way to prop the door open and it was very heavy.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, had everything needed for a longer stay. Everything was clean and I loved the little sofa with side tables to help balance food or a computer. I only stayed one night so didn't need the kitchen but it was still good that it was there.

The breakfast had a great selection, however they kept running out of items and people were left standing around for a while until dishes were replenished. The eggs were a little dry and tasteless but the sausages were great and fantastic that they had vegetarian options.

Staff was very nice. The lady at the desk when we checked in was very sweet. The room was clean and had a big shower.

Only thing I didn't like was the mattress. It was very soft. I would wake up in the am and my back was hurting a lot. Once I started to walk around it would losen up. They do need to put in more electric plugs by the bed. I had stuff that needed to be plugged in on my side of the bed.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast included. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette fully setup with utensils, pans and skillet if one wanted to save some money cooking while on vacation. The location is excellent near good places to eat

The pool needs some TLC and people smoke outside the hotel on the pool side and that was not pleasant.

Every thing was spectacular! The bed was comfortable, the room was very quiet, the kitchenette was very nice, even though I didn't cook there, and the shower was amazing and roomy! My only income is Social Security and I would stay more often if there was a senior discount. It was a bit above my budget. Thank you!

The staff was rude when we arrived. I was also charged a different fee for my second day. I also had a $30 extra fee that was not explained.
