The hotel was located close to beautiful downtown where there are so many cute shops, wonderful restaurants and bath houses. So nice to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go! The hotel staff was absolutely AMAZING from the moment we arrived!! We arrived in Hot Springs during a huge thunderstorm, pulled up in front of the hotel not knowing should we go in yet or wait out the storm when Robin (valet) ran out to help us. He was SO kind and helpful to my sister and I during our entire stay. Nick and the ladies at the front desk were super sweet and very helpful and James, the other Valet parking gentleman was just so nice and helpful, too! I can’t say enough about how kind the staff was! ❤️

This was not the property’s fault but was the only negative thing we encountered: we just so happened to be there during a National Dance Competition in Hot Springs so there were tons of dancers and their moms staying at the hotel. That was not a problem at all, but the elevators were in very high demand much of the time so we would have a longer than usual (totally understandable!) wait in the lobby to go up to our room.

It was close to down town. The breakfast was great. And the receptionist was wonderful. That's the main reason why I gave it this rate

The parking was a walking distance but the charge was okay I guess. I thought if you payed for the stay the parking should have been free. They had a small spot that you could've park if you could find a spot which everyone was trying to get.The room we stayed in wasn't as clean as we thought it should have been, found some panties in between the lamp and bed the bathroom had a blood stain on front of the toilet and the floor had dirt on it even the dust was every where so just thinking maybe the room was not used long enough to wipe down but the bed was clean for sure.

The location was convenient. The views are great. It was very nice and clean and quiet. The lady at the desk - Bridgette was welcoming when we checked in. The beds and pillows were awesome. The restaurant served well mixed drinks and the chef salad was perfect for an outdoor meal. The breakfast is huge.

The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The curve drive for checking in and out was too small and caused a backup of cars trying to load and unload. The parking garage is about a block away. We were not crazy about the parking garage and would not want to go there at night or even alone during the day. They do offer valet for $20/day.

My mother and I were immediately welcomed and greeted by the Bell men and valet staff before even entering the building. Valet services were optional and shuttle rides were complimentary 🤗 (The ONLY thing I can possibly think of for guest who do not choose valet, is limited parking except for the parking garage , which is a short walk from the hotel) The complimentary breakfast was amazing! Buffet style: biscuits, breakfast meats, eggs, fruits, yogurt and more. There is an onsight restaurant with bar and optional indoor or outdoor seating. Every member of the hotel staff was very attentive to needs, requests, and information on "things to do". DEFINITELY our choice for future visits! 😃 Live, Laugh, and LOVE Leanne Young-Willis

Everything was walking distance me and my husband enjoyed ourselves I’m ready to go back I didn’t want to leave breakfast was great bed was very comfortable need better pillows bought of course I always bring my own enjoyed the Budweiser show it was raining the little time I was there I would love to go back and stay a week if I can afford it you Hotel Hot spring you all are the best need closer parking spots but other than this I give u all a 10

The experience with this hotel was beyond amazing! I love the hardwood floors in the rooms. The valet was exceptionally kind and efficient. The view on the 12th floor is unexplainable. I was in such ahhhh of the view. Just an all around beautiful hotel. And it’s in the perfect spot!

The bathrooms need an upgrade for sure. I sprayed my Clorox spay on the toilet seat and the paint started to bubble. I don’t recall seeing painted toilet seats in years. The shower head was also old but still got the job done and the flooring inside the shower was creaky.

Location was good, walkable to town and the hot springs. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and clean.

When we were leaving the elevator was broken and we had to walk down 10 floors with our luggage, a stroller and our toddler - only to find ourselves going through an emergency exit into an alley. Then without notice the street was closed in front of the hotel, so we had to drag everything to the parking garage instead of being able to bring the car around. Overall communication could have been better.

The room was large and very clean. We had a chair and ottoman, as well as a desk and chair. The internet was strong, tv had lots of stations, beds were comfortable. There was a step-in shower which was really nice. The hotel itself was very quiet. There was also a doorman who was extremely helpful with unloading car, getting ice before we went to our room, and collecting the luggage cart on our floor. Many choices at hot breakfast buffet and the bar in the restaurant had a wonderful bartender.

It would be nice to have a better driveway to park for check-in or at least someone to instruct drivers to move up when entering the driveway.

The location was great. We could have walked to The Gangster Museum of America and the Fordyce Bathhouse, but we chose to drive. The breakfast buffet was well organized. The hotel can accommodate a lot of people, but there was plenty of food and seating. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was under a little bit of construction, but that did not bother us. We never heard loud noises. I'm not going to put what I don't like, because this hotel was great for the price and location, but parking was a tiny bit inconvenient. It was a block away, but it was free, and it ended up not being a big deal. We've stayed in hotels in Europe that had worse parking situations. Overall, I would stay here again.

At check in, the receptionist was very friendly and gave me helpful information about parking. Our room was clean and our beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a big selection and the dining area was big enough to accommodate a lot of people.

I don't love that you have to pay to use the parking garage now. It's not a huge deal breaker, but it was just really nice to not have to pay to park at the hotel where I'm already paying to stay.
