We checked in around 7:30pm. The lady checking us in was so sweet and helpful. She recommended things for us to do and gave us a map with directions on parking. The room was clean and cozy. The bed not as soft as we are accustomed to at home and pillows super flat. But the bath had very hot water and good shower pressure. Plenty of towels to last the weekend. The breakfast was nothing to brag about the usual continental breakfast. The air conditioner was adjustable and needs to be lower for the room to be cool. It was hot in the room for the first night. The shade over the window in our room was a nice touch with the picture of Anthony’s Chapel. We would definitely stay at the Rodeway Inn in Hot Springs NP again. The cost was reasonable compared to the hotels downtown near bath house row which were quite pricey. Wish I had remembered to take some photos of the hotel.

The best things about this property is definitely the price point for a decently sized clean room. As was stated in other reviews, the rooms were updated & nice. It’s just over a mile from Hot Springs NP, for a decent location, but far enough away from a surprisingly noisy downtown. Parking was free and I was able to park directly in front of my room.

The hot breakfast was limited. Biscuits & gravy from a mix, waffles on the hot side( & bread for toast). Better cold options with 4 cereals, OJ, Activia yogurt, apples, bananas, small wrapped cinnamon rolls. Not great, but I guess expected at this level of hotel.

Rooms were very clean and my handicap room had a very large bathroom and larger flat screen tv. No bugs anywhere. Shower was newish and super clean. It was quiet and people were not loud. You will be happy with the price and cleanliness.

Breakfast was ok. Gravy and biscuits were a little watered down. Waffles were there. Coffee was good and fresh fruit also available. Pastry were wrapped and fresh. Only bad was Inconsiderate patrons parked large vehicle in the handicap spot plus another spot with no tag so I was unable to keep vehicle near the room to load the next morning.

The room was clean better than most places we've stayed. The bed was super comfortable and the linens actually smelled clean. We had breakfast at the hotel and it did not disappoint. The mini waffles were a nice! Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful in directing us to non touristy places to visit. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked like a nice place to hang out and unwind. Definitely a good place to stay for the price.

We had an adjoining room and we could hear our neighbors conversation and activities all night. The bathroom smelled as if it had been cleaned with purple fabuloso and a dirty mop or cloth. Other than the smell the bathroom was really clean.

The friendly helpful staff that is an awesome family run business. I stayed with my mom. We enjoyed our room. My mother has an emotional support service animal and we had a pet friendly room. The breakfast had many choices. I enjoyed the pool and appreciated that the facility had a laundry room because we stayed 5 nights.It was a hard visit due to a loss in our family . Having a comfortable place to stay with kind people running this facility makes us want to return.Thank you!!!

Room was exceptionally clean. Love the laminate flooring no carpet was a MAJOR plus for me. Staff was extremely accommodating I called ahead because I was going to be checking in late at night they had no problem with that. The front desk let me borrow a pair of scissors. Everything was great with the room and staff and the breakfast wasn't bad either. Would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast could have used some eggs, bacon, and sausage. Other than that it was good. The parking lot is really small so if u have a trailer don't except to park in the parking lot.

The facility was clean and the beds were comfortable for my children and I. Pool was well maintained. Breakfast was simple but had a decent little variety. Coffee was great with good creamers. Employees took care of us quickly!

The microwave in our room had a knob missing but worked fine. The fridge did act like it was going out and took forever to cool off drinks but it was okay. We did not spend a lot of time watching TV but there were only a few channels and the WiFi was definitely a hit or miss.

We were iffy about renting this hotel but we went off a few good reviews and super happy we did. The hotel was very clean and comfy, woman at check in was super amazing and so accommodating & offered so much about downtown Hot Springs. Hotel is super close to downtown and several gas stations nearby. Very good room for the money. And very happy we chose here would again in the future

That the person beside me had her TV to loud the entire time I was there I called front desk and it was quite for a few seconds probably because she Left I still don't know if the staff called her because I didn't here the phone she was very disrespectful and that dog barking my room was clean and safe I seriously wanted to choke TF out of her unnecessary noise no respect for others

We stayed in room 124. It was updated, and very clean. Every detail had been taken care of. My husband and I were only staying overnight so I booked a room on the lower price range. This place was better than some higher dollar rooms we've stayed in. We will be back. They are also pet friendly so that was a bonus! The breakfast was great as well! Definitely worth a stay here!
