We were initially skeptical about the area and usually don’t stay at motels, but from the moment we checked in, our experience at Rodeway Inn in Hot Springs, AR was wonderful. Carol at check-in was incredibly friendly and helpful, which set the tone for our stay. The entire property was extremely clean—our room was actually cleaner than many 5-star hotels and condos we've stayed at. We did encounter an issue with the air conditioning one evening, but the staff responded promptly and maintenance was there quickly to fix it without any hassle. The pool was also spotless and very well maintained, making it a great spot to relax. We would definitely recommend this motel and would happily stay here again. It’s refreshing to see a place that truly takes pride in its facilities and hospitality. Thank you to the team at Rodeway Inn for such a positive experience!

Nothing. If anything at all it would the area. However, it was very safe.

The inn is a little older (as many of the hotels in Hot Springs are) but has been very well maintained. The office, breakfast area, and rooms are all refurbished and kept very clean. The beds are on the firm side, and are comfortable - and they provide 4 soft pillows (at least in the King room). They have designated pet rooms on the first floor. Breakfast was good but minimal, cold cereal, biscuits and gravy, waffle, coffee, fruit, toast. Parking is included in your rate, and there is lots of it.

Parking lot takes a second to get used to, and the turn in is a bit steep - we have a low car and did not scrape. The AC unit in the room is effective but loud, but should be fine if you like a big white noise machine.

We checked in around 7:30pm. The lady checking us in was so sweet and helpful. She recommended things for us to do and gave us a map with directions on parking. The room was clean and cozy. The bed not as soft as we are accustomed to at home and pillows super flat. But the bath had very hot water and good shower pressure. Plenty of towels to last the weekend. The breakfast was nothing to brag about the usual continental breakfast. The air conditioner was adjustable and needs to be lower for the room to be cool. It was hot in the room for the first night. The shade over the window in our room was a nice touch with the picture of Anthony’s Chapel. We would definitely stay at the Rodeway Inn in Hot Springs NP again. The cost was reasonable compared to the hotels downtown near bath house row which were quite pricey. Wish I had remembered to take some photos of the hotel.

The best things about this property is definitely the price point for a decently sized clean room. As was stated in other reviews, the rooms were updated & nice. It’s just over a mile from Hot Springs NP, for a decent location, but far enough away from a surprisingly noisy downtown. Parking was free and I was able to park directly in front of my room.

The hot breakfast was limited. Biscuits & gravy from a mix, waffles on the hot side( & bread for toast). Better cold options with 4 cereals, OJ, Activia yogurt, apples, bananas, small wrapped cinnamon rolls. Not great, but I guess expected at this level of hotel.

Rooms were very clean and my handicap room had a very large bathroom and larger flat screen tv. No bugs anywhere. Shower was newish and super clean. It was quiet and people were not loud. You will be happy with the price and cleanliness.

Breakfast was ok. Gravy and biscuits were a little watered down. Waffles were there. Coffee was good and fresh fruit also available. Pastry were wrapped and fresh. Only bad was Inconsiderate patrons parked large vehicle in the handicap spot plus another spot with no tag so I was unable to keep vehicle near the room to load the next morning.

The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As a matter of fact, we arrived very early and they checked to see if there were any rooms available yet and got us in early! She couldn't have been any kinder to us. :)

It is an older motel and the noise within the facility itself was pretty bad, plus there was alot of road noise, but all in all, we were comfortable in our room.

The room was clean better than most places we've stayed. The bed was super comfortable and the linens actually smelled clean. We had breakfast at the hotel and it did not disappoint. The mini waffles were a nice! Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful in directing us to non touristy places to visit. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked like a nice place to hang out and unwind. Definitely a good place to stay for the price.

We had an adjoining room and we could hear our neighbors conversation and activities all night. The bathroom smelled as if it had been cleaned with purple fabuloso and a dirty mop or cloth. Other than the smell the bathroom was really clean.

The room was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is good for walkers that have been walking all day. Quite relaxing. There is a variety of food to choose for breakfast. The location was really good. You can walk to the bathhouse row easily in 25 minutes. Enough space for parking. The staff was kind and helpful. Keep it up!

I like everything. I would suggest to add scrambled eggs to the breakfast to provide some proteins.

Please note rating was provided based upon budget-friendly hotel criteria, not a 5 star luxury hotel. Room was large, quiet, and clean, bed comfortable, shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast included fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, baked goods, but no eggs or sausages/bacon. If looking for a budget-friendly hotel option, would highly recommend, Would stay again.

The property was well maintained and very clean. It is also located pretty close to downtown and magic springs. Staff was very nice at check in. Rooms were decently updated, definitely nothing fancy but overall a good stay.

The parking situation could have been better. There are almost not enough spots for the number of rooms. There were also a lot a guests lingering around outside so it was a bit loud at times.
