Although the checking lines are long(everywhere), the staff was excited and ready to help us with anything!! The patience of some of your workers is exceptional.. thank u. Our trip consisted of driving throughout the country. Going anywhere for however long. We started in Wisconsin. We drove and used booking sites to slumber. Coming thru Missouri we decided how about Hot Springs?. Your hotel looked so beautiful and the Spa was why we chose you. We were on day 4 of a 12 day trip, and i wanted massages. it was a Saturday and the booking for Sunday couldn't have been easier. At the Spa is where I learned about the history of bath houses in Hot Springs. I didn't know of bath houses. The tub was awesome. The professionalism of the employees in the Spa, down to the drape of the sheet with privacy, was perfect. After the massage and facial bundle for my husband and I, snuggling on a very comfortable king-size bed, we decided to stay another day! The room service was fast, and the food was super delicious. That night, there was even live music in the lobby. Oh, watching the staff in the lobby bar was fun. We own a bar in WI. Watching how fast the four behind the bar worked together was impressive. Thank you, Arlington Hotel, for such a lovely, comfortable stay.

Beautiful location. Directly across from a national national park. Great walking trails and easy access to shopping. The spa and ice cream parlor were located down stairs in the hotel. Which was very nice. Great staff and customer service. We were requested a different room after the first night and it was wonderful. I will definitely be coming back. I’m anxious to see the renovations.

The first room they put us in was on the sixth floor and it was horrifying when we first walked in. There were stains all over the carpet and door. The trim around the wall was detaching itself, and the paint was completely stripped away. There was mold around the shower and both the showerhead and the sink had a steady stream of water coming out of both of them. Even when the faucet was off. It was so musty in the room that I woke up congested and had a sore throat. The room next to us sounded like they were hanging pictures on the wall at midnight. You could hear every word they said through the walls. The parking garage that is attached to the hotel only hold a handful of cars so we had to park in the parking garage a block down.

It was conveniently located in the heart of Jot springs. Everything was in walking distance from the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I would want to visit this place atleast twice a year . Now, the food was out of the world. Greatful Head restaurant was everything and more . The National park and the history of the Military hospital was also curiously interesting . I truly loved coming here . Amazing place !

The only issue I had was it could have been much cleaner . The showers had mold on them but other than that it was very very nice to stay there .

The Arlington is our favorite place to stay in Hot Springs. We have been visiting during Spring Break for years. The hotel is very old and has a lot of charm ... but the rooms are a little creepy.

The hot tub was crumbling and falling apart. The rooms need to be remodeled and updated a little. (Not too much ... you have to keep the ancient feel.) And don't chase out the ghosts!

I liked the old style architecture and old time vibe of the place. Everything looked to be original architecture from that period. It was like traveling back in time or being in an old movie. We enjoyed it very much.

I did not like that their valet parking was full and that I had to park a block away down the street, in an open parking lot which was visible from the street. The parking lot was gated but I still felt my car might not be very safe there over night. But it turned out to be fine and the car was safe. I think their valet should drive the care to that lot themselves instead of making the hotel patrons walk a block to the hotel IMO.

Great location and an interesting hotel with plenty of history. I think on other reviews not all people are getting what this hotel is about. Yes its old, almost 100 years old so it wont be perfect and it is rated as 3 star. I assume the hotel is the way it is for aesthetics not because its run down, its not run down. If the made it all new then yes it would look new in an old building rather than how it is in its current historic condition. I liked it, yes its not perfect but I think you need to appreciate it because of this. It was comfortable, clean and roomy.

Beds could be larger than double and the shower heads must have been put in by short people, point the head up and you'll be right.

I love, love, love your hotel. The history, the old pictures, rooms, staircases, elevators, and everything else is so cool. The location is right where I wanted to be; I could spend hours and hours just walking through all the rooms and looking at all the doors, hallways, and furniture. I could go on, but I won't. Even though the whole experience was just so wonderful. Also, during your renovation. I hope you keep as much of the old history as possible.

Two nights the parking garages charged me double.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was impeccably clean and provided a comfortable retreat. The lobby and bar exuded a welcoming ambiance, creating a pleasant atmosphere to unwind. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally courteous and went out of their way to assist us, adding to the overall positive experience.

The bathroom could benefit from some modernization, as it appeared a bit dated. Additionally, it would be helpful to have clear labels in the elevator indicating the floor where the spa and swimming pool are located, enhancing ease of navigation. Regarding the breakfast/brunch option, we found it to be overpriced, prompting us to dine elsewhere.

I like the charm and ambiance of the hotel. As renovations continue, the old world charm is maintained and appreciated. The value and experience override any “old world” difference from modern hotel stay and facility expectations. I am not bothered at all by slotted room doors. It is quiet and a very relaxing atmosphere.

A minor inconvenience is the wait for three elevators for such a large hotel, but that too is a charm that accepted in context make for slowing down part of why we get away from hustle and bustle of every day life.
