Breakfast wasn’t included with room but ate at the Best Court Cafe one morning. Only had a light breakfast but was very good.

Only issue we had with our room was the floors needed swept. Couldn’t walk barefooted as could feel the “debris “ and stuck to socks and found long strands of black hair on bathroom floor so….did let the Manager know when we checked out and he was apologetic. The floors were beautiful and don’t show if they need sweeping but would assume that’s a given when cleaning the room between customers. Otherwise we did enjoy the room, it was spacious and comfy. I would definitely go back if ever in town again.

The whole place was just so cute. It reminded me something I would see on a Hallmark movie. The cottage/room was SO CUTE!! The space was so comfortable and homie. My room had a full kitchen with everything you would need. Lots of room and it was just an overall GREAT stay. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Ho Springs. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

I can't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe have more UBS plugs. I forgot my wall plug so I had to charge things in shifts with the one UBS plug. Not that big of deal just a suggestion.

Location provided a short drive to get to Hot Springs NP, which was the purpose of our trip here. Our first room had just been cleaned and sprayed with a scent I was very sensitive to. I asked if there. Ight be another room that we could move to, and the office manager was great about having us switch. The room we moved to was a super cute cottage like room, we loved it! We wish we would have have a longer stay here!

The room was big, very clean and well maintained. The configuration with garage in between the rooms make sure you don’t hear your room neighbors through the wall is a real plus. Close to the touristic area and to trails. No breakfast available but the Best cafe located in the motel is very convenient.

Windows soundproofing was not the best and good hear cars engine at night.

Everything was amazing! The place is adorable. It's very clean and updated. I would stay here again. Friendly staff too

Everything was amazing except for the bar directly behind my room. The partying was disturbing but I do know it was out of the control of the hotel. Definitely, need ice machine. Other than that it was amazing

Overall a wonderful place, in my traveling opinion, 100% better than any hotel I’ve stayed in. It was sparkling clean, beds were awesome, firm mattress and bedding was very nice. A full and half bath made it easy also. Although in the hub of a tourist spot, it was quiet and the parking area made getting to your cottage easy. It had the feel of a “tiny home” and I will absolutely stay again and recommend it highly to all I know traveling to the area!

Not a full kitchen but a nice mini fridge and microwave with plenty of storage space.

The cleanliness and roominess of the queen studio were excellent. We stayed overnight Sunday and Monday, not much activity on the grounds. Quiet for the most part. The back wall of the apartment was adjacent to a bar. Other than a motorcycle starting and revving up in the middle of the night, there was no other disturbance.

Such a cute and comfy stay - the room was great! The property is a throwback to the early 1900’s but the rooms are updated and spotless with mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Location very convenient to everything - and a great little restaurant on property.

Everything!!! We were on Motorcycles and Matt helped us so much with giving us a room with a garage for our Harleys!!! Nice and clean and very comfy!!! Beds were comfortable!! Very nice place and we would definitely stay again!!!! Matt was very nice and helpful!!! A 10 stay for sure!!!

the size and set up...The value was great!!!! liked awesome that it was off the main road but close enought to get there quick. Would reserve everytime I come there. Manager was really nice also
