Perfectly situated near the track where a multi-day cycling event was being held. Staff was great, breakfast was outstanding with exceptional people actually serving cafateria style. Classic motel style room with parking lot facing door made for a very bicycle friendly space.

There really wasn't any notable issues. The entrance drive is on a very busy street so a wait for clearing traffic might be a bit long. Not very close to downtown.

The breakfast is always the best part of staying at best Western. The pool is always clean and very well maintained.

The location in which I stayed could have had a few more lamps. I would have switched the bedroom and the living room area, just because I don't want anyone to be able to see straight into where I am sleeping. Other than that it was super nice enjoyable stay for me and all three young men I had traveling with me.

The breakfast n staff was great. My kids enjoyed the pool.

The ants in the tub each time i got ready to bathe my babies. n restroom wasnt clean. I had to go to office to get clean supplies to clean the restroom. Because there was so many of us,checking in the staff assigned keys to the wrong guest. Therefore we was lock out our hotel room, when we had return from a busy day out in the sun..

the beds are sooo nice. I wanted to take it home. the swimming pool was great. it was very clean and inviting after the long drive. we didn't expect much for breakfast, you know bagel, fruit dry fruit loops but nope they had a full breakfast. eggs, bacon sausage even had biscuits and sausage gravy. Way to knock it out of the park guys.

the only thing I didn't like was I couldn't get the bed in my van. lol

The room and bathroom were clean, beds and linens were comfortable. We LOVED the horse mural on the wall! The staff at check-in was the most friendly I've ever encountered. Plenty of quality TV channels to select from. The location was close to everything we wanted to see and do (Magic Springs and bath house row). Winners Circle will be our go-to for overnight stays in Hot Springs from now on.

The breakfast was good. My only suggestion would be to allow self-serve, to prevent a long line to the door.

The property is obviously an older hotel, but the staff works so hard to keep everything clean and up to par. It was very nice. Super soft beds.

When we first arrived, we were given a room that definitely had a distinct smoke smell, however, we were able to go over to the office and were easily moved to a room that was definitely a little less stinky.

The breakfast was very good and substantial. The ladies that the breakfast area were wonderful and took great care in serving us. the room was clean and the front desk texted us dai;y asking if we needed anything. Everyone was so friendly and accomodating. Juat wish the price had been less., but that was due to the eclipse and Hot Srping was in the center of totality. The room rate was escalated due to the event.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Best Western Winners Circle in Hot Springs! The room was clean, comfortable, and right across the street from Oaklawn. Every employee I had interaction with was very nice and extremely helpful. We especially enjoyed the amazing free breakfast. The ladies who prepared it and served it were absolutely fantastic! Alisa and Angie are top notch and I hope to see you both again soon! Wonderful ladies!

I can’t complain about a single thing.

The room was very clean and the staff was helpful and courteous. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was satisfactory. It's directly across from Oaklawn so you can walk there if visiting there is in your plans.

The price was a little higher than we liked for a somewhat outdated property and the layout of the place is weird as well.

The horse races on Saturday were canceled due to inclement weather. For that reason, I checked out on Saturday instead of Sunday. I was wondering if I could get a partial refund for my abbreviated stay. The motel said I had to contact you since they can't do that. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter!
