When we arrived, we found out that our phone had no dial tone, no matter what I tried, it wouldn't work. And the refrigerator would not cool anything. Went to front desk and Zack handled everything, putting us in another room with fully functioning appliances. Thank you !!

My husband and I always stay at this LaQuinta when we come to Hot Springs. This time I came alone. My family lives in HS so we come often. The staff is always so helpful and so nice!! We will continue booking at this location. Thank you all for your hospitality!!!

the front desk were great.

We wanted our room cleaned every day and our sheets changed. we got new towels every day but the bed was just thrown together. some times the trash was not emptied . the elevator broke twice. we were on the 3rd floor. My wife has Parkinson's and it was very hard to walk up 3 floors. On our last day it was broken I had to carry all my luggage down all 3 flights

This property was a great one . I really enjoyed the breakfast and the location. It was convenient to all I wanted to see and do in Hot Springs. I will definitely be back there on my next trip. Great staff and was very clean.

The smell of smoke that was pot. Gave me a headache because it was very strong.

Most staff very nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices.

Awkward placement of closet. Bed too close to cooling/heating unit. Showerhead needs cleaning. Rm 210.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly.

Only issues I saw with the property was they had elevator issues and the room we stayed in the toilet needed to be tightened down along with the seat other wise excellent place to stay

Everything was in perfect condition extremely comfortable beds very clean staff was amazing and very helpful breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel environment.

I had no dislikes about the property

They take pets at additional $25 on second floor. Our room was fine except some large dogs had torn holes some large in the curtains that block out sun. Great breakfast.

Maybe clean the carpets more often. ? Kids kept us up a little late coming from a ball tournament.

I really enjoyed it.

The elevator. It is the slowest thing ever. It really needs to be checked. It is also hot. You can feel like the outside air. I took the stairs a few times and I was on the 4th floor because it was so slow.

Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Too much light came in all the way around the door and the window. The door was way worse though. Didn't sleep much bc every time I'd roll over the light from the door would wake me up.
