The suite was fantastic...very comfortable and spacious. You might want to consider using blinds at the patio doors which would allow guest to have the sun shine through and not leave the studio so dark. Also, no divider between rooms on the patio area which would leave a sense of privacy...even though we did enjoy meeting our neighbors. Thought this was a lake front view, a little disappointed to find that it wasn't; good that we were able to see the lake from the patio to the side. I did learn a lesson in getting clarification before booking. Very central to everything and easy traveling except...hard to get out of the driveway as traffic is very busy.

This place was a delightful surprise for us, we were on a road trip and make a point to visit Hot Springs. We stayed in many places along the way and The Hamilton is a real retreat ✨️. We loved everything about this place, nice apartment with beautiful tile in the kitchen and bathroom wood floors, everything you could need for cooking, the bed and pillows are super comfortable, and beautiful view overlooking the lake from your personal space on the deck!!! Wow wow we loved it! The only crit. I can give is it was a little confusing with check in, we thought there was an office but once we looked at the message we noticed instructions, our bad lol, great place, great value 😀

Given the low price, I didn't have particularly high expectations. However, we only needed a place for one night, so it wasn’t a major concern. To my surprise, the stay was truly wonderful. The property offered stunning views, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was definitely worth it for the price.

The only problem wasn't even a real problem, the bed was noisy when my fiance went to move around. He is slightly larger at 6'3" and 230lbs. So it was normal for a mattress with springs, we just haven't had a mattress with springs in a long time so I forgot how annoying they can be.

The location I love. Since I discovered The Hamilton the end of May, I’ve returned here three more nights. I’ve also recommended this place to family. Two of which came in June for two nights. I will be back. I’m wanting to try room 12 and find out how to reserve the pavilion.

I walked an hour for exercise near the lake and only four out of the ten lights by the lake were working or correctly (bright enough). It would be nicer and safer to see to have more lights working to light the path, especially since some of the sidewalk was uneven.

It was in a beautiful location, the view was great and the rooms were comfortable.

Driveway was hard to find. There was a tree trunk in the center of the patio and my sister-in-law stepped in the hole around it and fell as we were getting ready to celebrate my 70th birthday (I am a triplet and all three of us were there) Unfortunately, we had to call an ambulance for her and she had to spend two nights in the hospital. This all happened as we were preparing to eat steaks we had cooked on the grill provided and celebrate our birthday. Therefore, our celebration never materialized as one of the triplets was her husband and he left to go to the hospital with her.

The location was beautiful. The location was close to Hot Springs and places to eat. A Walmart nearby for forgotten items. Close enough to make it to my rock club's filed trip which was my reason for visiting the area. Liked the kitchen area had plates and silverware and items I could use to cook (we didn't use any, we ate out). Liked the table and chairs and comfy couch.

One of our bed spreads had a small stain, we didn't fuss but did wipe it with a cleaning wipe. The sliding door didn't lock unless you lifted it up and pushed it to the door frame which was hard for me to do. The TV did not have a lot of channels but I played on my phone instead.

The location was great, we were there for the horse races. We had 5 couples and the townhouse was very accommodating for our group. Enjoyed the backyard patio area.

We had an issue with the stove. 1st day, after returning from the track, we smelled gas in the townhouse. Called the management, and we were told that the knobs on the stove sometimes don't turn off properly, and to just turn them on and off again, which was not a very comforting answer!! We stayed in the same place last year and the oven did not heat properly. It's probably time to replace that stove. Please convey this to the owner/management.

I walked in and was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean. It smelled clean. And after a long trip, the snacks and the little candy treats was a nice surprise. They had coffee and creamer and salt and all the little stuff you forget about. I am very pleased with the facilities. Thank you so much. And the bed was so soft and the pillows were great.

We are traveling, Soo... Long day of driving, arrived around 4:14. I opened the door to my room and the room hadn't been cleaned. Very disappointing. I called the managers number, he checked into what happened. The cleaning lady forgot to clean my room. Soo, an hour or so later, my room was cleaned. Very nice room... but how do you forget to clean 1 room?

This was our second time staying here, and we'll be back again the next time we're in town! The place is lovely and clean, and the view is gorgeous. Clear check-in and check-out instructions are provided ahead of time, so it's ready to go when you arrive.

The only complaint is that the floors are a little thin and you can hear movement above you, but it's not terrible - and will not stop me from returning.
