I liked how the room looked and how it was a kinda cozy setting but the rooms are very big. Kinda feels like your staying in a room that can fit 2 full beds and a twin as well kinda big room lol. But everythubf was okay and working so I don't have any complaints. And I always love the lights behind the mirrors. Idk what it is about them but I like them XD. I have been here before thought and one time the TV was green. But the mini fridge works and the microwave works as well. TV wasn't green this time so it was good. The king bed is always the one I get and it's very roomy. If you do get a smoking room thought the parking lot over on the other side is very small and for someone who has anxiety already about driving it can kinda stress you out when your backing up.

Very large room! Hot water worked, a/c worked, key card worked (which is not a given), toilet flushed consistently (which is ALSO not a given at hotels), and very close to the main area of activity pertaining to the national park. Very clean. I would certainly stay here again.

I couldn’t get the wi-fi to work, but that could totally be something to do with my VPN on my iPhone. I’ve had issues with other businesses’ wi-fi, so I’m thinking it is an issue with my phone.

Close to downtown but away from all the commotion. Bath tub was a plus! I liked that I had a desk to work at and a big bed to sprawl out in. I was also impressed with the amount of tv channels and actually having a guide. 😅 I've stayed in quite a few hotels and it's annoying flipping through channels to see what's on. The staff were nice and check up on ya daily to make sure you have everything you need. AND THE WIFI WORKED SEEMLESSLY!!! I had to put off finishing my magazine until I made it to this hotel. 😅 I almost missed my deadline but made it to economy inn just in time to finish my edits and get it published. You'd be surprised on how crappy some hotel's wifi is. 🤦‍♀️ I'm glad I did not have that problem here.

I wouldn't say I didn't like anything but an updated mini fridge with a freezer section is the only thing I can say could possibly improve. My ice melted over night and couldn't get my ice packs to freeze to take on the go but it's really no big deal, it kept my food good so no complaints here.

This was the perfect room if your vacation isn't centered around where you stay, but rather what you do. No frills to be sure, but it was comfortable, climate controlled, quiet, clean, and safe, which is what we needed and expected. On top of that, it's minutes away from most of the things you're probably going to want to do in Hot Springs.

It's nothing fancy, but for the price I didn't (and you shouldn't) expect or need anything beyond a TV to fall asleep to and a bed to fall asleep in. Feel good about spending the $$ saved on something else.

The room was comfortable and we slept good. The room was clean, and close enough to all main attractions.

This hotel is undergoing remodeling, but our room was already/mostly done. The room was quiet, and the beds comfortable. The light fixture between the beds was brand new, and needed light bulbs. All in all, a good buy, safe, and convenient.

We could've used hooks/hanging bar for clothing.

No lobby with tourists pamphlets and info...no shampoo or lotion...no coffee pot in room...

The owners a great people.the room was cleaned everyday. If I stay in a motel in hot springs Arkansas it will be with them
