The staff were very welcoming and met every single one of our needs if they came up! The location is right in the middle of several restaurants and Walmart is right across the street for last-minute snacks! We had 4 kiddos with us and two slept on the sofa bed. When making the sofa bed up, it had an oversized sheet on it, so I went downstairs for a blanket and mentioned that all we had was a sheet on the bed and the front desk lady handed me a sheet set, a mattress topper for extra comfort and a very warm, comfortable blanket.

The only thing is that the sofa bed was closest to the air unit, I feel the beds should be closer instead of the sofa bed being that my kids on the sofa bed got cold but the kids on the bed and me and my husband felt warmer than we usually like to sleep.

The staff were friendly, it felt safe, it was clean.

My family didn’t enjoy the pool and that was a big part of our stay. It’s a building flaw- the pool area is like a greenhouse. It was SO HOT inside the pool room. Definitely need to invest in some ventilation. Overhead fans, replace the windows with ones that have screens and can be opened… something. It was so hot it was miserable.

The room was very comfortable and a nice size The pool was clean and didn’t smell like chlorine The breakfast was very nice Thanks for keeping up with our laundry that we left in the dryer. Most everything was replaceable but our grandson’s hoodie was in there and you know how they are about their hoodies.

It was a great location for us. We will stay here when we are in Hot Springs

Breakfast was top notch for a Holiday Inn. Check-in was pleasant with a very friendly personality. Room was comfortable, bed nice, AC worked well. TV remote was funky, but we made it work, good DIrecTV lineup on TV.

Lots of kids running around for a bbal tournament, but that can't be helped. Small breakfast area when busy, it's hard to find a seat. Pricy for a small town like this, imo.

Location is ideal. Situated midway between attractions in downtown and uptown Hot Springs. There are plenty of shopping and eatery within walking distance as well. View was also very nice from our side of the hotel, looking over some of the more rural side of town.

The staff was ultra accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to tell me about what was great about the local area and they were on point with their breakfast, nothing ever ran low.

The do not disturb sign fell off of the door when we went out.

Breakfast was good but I didn't like that they closed the door in the face of a young man who was there right at closing time. Just have a heart and let him grab a biscuit or something.

Seemed quiet enough and clean. Good location. Friendly at the front desk.

I loved how friendly everyone was and the pool area. The breakfast was very good!

The room was not as clean as I expected. There was food left in the room fridge, and the sheets/ comforters had spots on them. Around the air conditioner the carpet was really wet. My room was also reassigned to someone else during my stay there.

It was clean but need some renovation. Not very quiet. We could hear a lot of room niose noise from the rooms around us.

Carpet had a lot of stains and their was a lounger in the room that was against a bed that couldn’t even be used

The room was as described and spacious.

The pool had too much chlorine. Just sitting in the pool area had our eyes burning. Pool looked much bigger on the website.
