We stopped here on our way home from Florida as a layover as we had appointments for a local tattoo shop. This was an amazing place and the best place we stayed over our entire week and 3 hotels we stayed at. The staff were great and they offer evening drinks and hand held food and a good breakfast. They also offer complimentary washer and dryer for guests. The room was way more than we had expected, it was a great suite and wish we had a place like this in Florida while we were there.

The dryers were broke during our stay and made it hard as there were 3 washers and several people trying to use the 1 dryer that was working.

I loved that the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel had a nice view of the lake. My children really enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. The staff was amazing! Everyone was nice and friendly.

I didn’t like the small dining area, it only sits around 20 people. When we came down for breakfast, most of us had to sit outside. I guess you can go back up to your room, but if you have a family this may not be a good option. People were sitting around as if they were at home, and didn’t see people trying to sit down and eat. If the dining areas are this small in all their hotels, they may want to start a time schedule for the guests.

I liked theirstaff especially linda at front Desk was helpful and polite.She was always available to Help and Guide us.I also liked Kary who helped me in booking process. I stayed in 2 double Bed Room with kitchen which was spacious and size for a Family of 6.(2 adults and 4 kids). Breakfast was also good with fresh fruits ,oatmeal,eggs apart from Coffee and juices. Location is at the Look out Circle at Lake Hamilton but you cannot see lake hamilton as surrounding properties are privately owned and there is no public Access. there is 1.8 Mile walking Circle with dead end at one Point .Nice Location for morning walk but no Lake Access.

Its a pet friendly Hotel..so carperts need more cleaning.My Son has allergies to Pet dander and dust.My Son started having allergy attack the first Day .I didn't Look carefully About pet policy otherwise I would have avoided to stay here. Hotel is nice but anyone with allergies to pet dander shouldn't stay here.

Free washer/dryer, breakfast was a great variety and good time, indoor pool was a hit with the kiddos and social hour was fantastic. The staff were incredibly accommodating and very helpful and friendly.

Only have one complaint and it’s still not taking away from the 5 star rating, the tvs were a little outdated and not a smart tv so no apps and limited channels, no kids channels at all except Freeform. But again one very small inconvenience that would not stop me from going back.

Breakfast was simple, but delicious. Plenty of choices, each morning. Room was cozy - just the right size for my husband and I. Bed was very comfortable, sofa was, as well. I loved the convenience of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash station in the shower and the hand wash/lotion station at the sink - literally, loved it.

The room was clean. I would love to see present-day hotel rooms scrubbed - corners and crevices, doors - cabinets and entrance, baseboards and lampshades - deep-cleaned more often. This seems like it should be SOP, once a guest has checked out. Hallway carpets and room carpets, too.

By far it was the best food served and an variety We also enjoyed the inside pool for the grandkids and the two bedroom suite was fabulous it had a kitchen and living room space for everyone. Also it was close to the museum and restaurants as well.

The bathroom had looked like it was recently repaired from water damage the shower curtain couldn’t stay in place do to the water damage had to hold it with my hand and while taking shower you could feel floor from the water damage but we didn’t think about it.

The staff members were phenomenal, specifically one named Chris. We had multiple issues during our stay ( we had 20 people in our group) and he quickly and efficiently handled everyone. Breakfast was wonderful. Appreciated the diabetic friendly aspect.

The # 1 reason we chose the hotel was the indoor pool As this was a family Christmas trip with numerous children, swimming was a major asset for entertainment. Also found a soured baby bottle under chaise lounge. We had a little toddler that could have found it a tried to drink. Had the pool been functioning this could have been a 10/10 for us.

I loved Staybridge Suites. This was the best hotel ever. I love the room it was way more than we expected. The breakfast was amazingly delicious. We were surprised with free dinner. We didn't have to spend any money on food.The staff was so kind. I would recommend this hotel if U are in Hot Springs Arkansas. We love our stay. Thank you so much for making us feel at home. Our room was like being in a nice apartment with every I mean, everything we needed.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Room was outstanding! Small kitchenette, separate bedroom and living room were all very nicely set up. Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options every morning.

Breakfast hrs could have been just a bit longer for my liking.

The kid's and I had a great time God food good service friendly faces.

I liked the fact that everything is brought that I knew I would need that I thought they wouldn't have they already had it in the room. I liked the gym ,laundry room and pool. I only wish they would have had the movie 🎬 theater room up and going.
