The location was in a good spot. The check-in and checkout process was smooth and quick. It was quiet. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, but a little rough around the edges. Overall, nice room for the value.

This is a facility for contractors. There were work boots lining the halls as far as the eye could see. It made me feel uneasy as a solo woman traveler. Also, it seems unsafe for other visitors. The parking lot went from few cars by day to lots of large utility trucks by night.

This was in a great location so I felt very safe. It has been remodeled, however some things did not get remodled but it did not effect me staying there. For the price, it was very nice. I did not try the breakfast. The desk clerks were extremely nice and willing to help you anyway possible. I would stay there again.

I had two rooms one room the shower/tub knob was broken on arrival so maintenance come to fix it next day he was very nice but didn’t have the right knob for it so just put one on that didn’t let you adjust temperature so water was lukewarm. Water said he would be back next day never seen him

Loved the room. The only issue was the cover fell off the unit and almost hit my son in the head. We put it back on .the next day it happened again. Otherwise stay was more than we expected. Great value with large room size. Thank you.

The room was very clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows which is always a nice touch. The bathroom was decent sized equipped with a nice shower with great water pressure and never ending hot water. There is also a vanity with a light to accent the mirror.

The elevator buttons weren't working properly and seemed to be a little rough.

Clean, comfortable room...good location,close to pirate's cove miniature golf and restaurants fairly close ..

The pillows could've been a little more comfortable but no big deal about that....Parking was kind of crowded but that's to be expected for a weekend in Hot Springs

Fantastic staff, good location, adequate rooms (small but workable), breakfast could use something a bit more (however, coffee was hot and available ☕). The beds were very comfortable and the hospitality was very willing to help.

The lady that checked me in was rude. She was on her phone. I had to tell her i needed to check in and she sort of just sat there. And she had to enter my debit card manually which seemed odd to me. Kept telling me that both the card readers were broke. They stay was nice but that lady wasnt.

For a very last minute extended stay. And without spending a lot of money the bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

I didn't like that breakfast ended at 9:00 and I was downstairs at 9:09. You should extend your breakfast to at least 10:00.

Extremely clean facility. The Staff was friendly and helpful - knowledgeable about the area. Decent breakfast. The overall stay was more enjoyable and comfortable than expected and we will go there again when we are in the area. Really good value!
