The giant pool is the best part, beautiful red lights at night. Very pleasant atmosphere. Nicely maintained and landscaped grounds. Fresh waffles for breakfast along with some other small items, pastries cereal yogurt fruit, juice milk coffee. I feel safe here. Great patio behind pool with BBQ grill, we cooked out. Fantastic value, close to Magic Springs and close to lots of other areas of interest.

It is an old property, there has been some water damage in the past that has been repaired. My biggest complaint is a hard bed. I brought my own pillows but theirs do appear to be rather flat. Housekeeping doesn't dust as good as they should. Their r no ash trays around so people constantly throw down cigarette butts. The same cigarette butts were in the breeze ways all 5 days of my stay.

What I like the most was the pool area and the breakfast.

I didn’t like that the rooms were so small, even with double beds. Also, the restroom/bathtub is sooooo small. If you’re about 6’, you should think about showering kneeled down lol. The tub doesn’t drained. So once the water went down all off the dirt/ must we showered down would stay on the tub(nasty). As for the beds, yes they’re a bit hard as I prefer, but nothing that you won’t sleep.

Rooms clean and uncluttered. Hard floors vs. carpeting always a good choice. For a motel (outdoor only entrances with stairs no elevator), there were lots of accessible points to get to where you wanted to go. Breezways, lots of staircases etc Staff was intentionally friendly and unbothered.

Neighborhood is a little sketch. “Gentlemens Club” across the street under the bridge and cops busting people in the parking lot late night weekends. Pedestrians through the parking lot kind of regular - likely don’t own cars. It’s just that bit of neighborhood, but you just use your head about going out to your car after dark etc and don’t judge. It was fine. The pool wasn’t open!! It’s mid-May, I didn’t expect that. Was bummed, it should be stated.

Cleanliness! Very clean. No sign of bugs. No bad smells. Hot shower. Allows dogs.

Satalite tv was always going out. Also, I wish they would do away with the doors connecting rooms for noise control and safety/peace of mind. One night I had very noisy neighbors who sounded like they were going to come through any moment. Thankfully they lock, but they still let in noise.

Nice open lawn area around the pool which was great for watching the eclipse. Room was comfortable and had a microwave and mini fridge. There was a trailhead to go into the park right behind the hotel.

There was only one trash can outside and it was full and overflowing all week. While the pool was closed but there was a nice patio area with tables which would have been nice to use but there were no chairs.

We spent our honeymoon in room 210 56 years ago and Chandra was nice enough to look and found out 210 was occupied so she put us in 208. It was a Holiday Inn at that time and we knew it was a Red Roof Inn and it had been remodeled, and we were pleased that it was clean the rates were reasonable, and the bed was comfortable, which is always a plus

There was nothing we disliked

Booked for 3 nights in July 2023. It was $243.20 for a King Room including 14.5% tax. + Refrigerator + Microwave + Complimentary parking available on property + 4 pillows (although somewhat thin) + Consistent hot water for a long shower + Location (close to Hot Springs National Park/Downtown Hot Springs)

- Low shower water pressure (it was fine for me but not for the others in my party) - Bathroom door had difficulty closing * Housekeeping services performed every 3 days during stay unless requested * I’d like to add additional photos to this review, but I’m not sure how since the format has changed.

The views from the hotel were really nice, our window faced the national park. There was a trail head literally 100 ft from our room! The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty loaded down for a free continental and the location was perfect for exploring bath house row and the national park's downtown areas. Super impressed with this affordable little gem, we actually booked a room on our trip back home when we came back through Hot Springs.

The location was great for the trip. It is just a couple of miles frome the amusement park.

This is actually the second time this has happened. Housekeeling knocked on the door and woke us up. No, i didn't have the do not disturb sign on there. Actually i don't think i saw one but is that actually necessary for a one night stay. Theu know you have to be gone by 11 anyway.

Very affordable hotel bordering hot springs National Park. Clean room sheets towels and bath. Provided dispensers for lotion shampoo etc Several trails a short walk away. Dog friendly (no extra charge) and has frig microwave in room. Good location. Friendly staff and morning breakfast with coffee fresh fruit yogurt

Sink was slow to drain. Frig door opened wrong way. Mattress very firm which is too much for me personally.
