The breakfast was wonderful and the staff setting up the breakfast were very friendly and helpful. I don't usually tip the employees for continental breakfast but these ladies went above and beyond and had everything so organized that I felt a tip for both of them was warranted.

The TV in our room did not work the entire time and the phone in the room was dead and did not work the entire time. Staff tried on two separate nights and days to fix the TV issue but were not able to. Although this was inconvenient and not having the in room phone could have been a dangerous situation in the event of an emergency we would stay at this hotel again just not in the same room if these items were still a problem.

Location was close to everything I needed, staff was friendly, food was good, overall a very good experience.

The TV cable was not working when we got there and I had to log in to my personal Netflix account to watch anything on TV for several days. Not much of a view from my room.

The staff were amazing! The small touches like the TV saying welcome with your name, complimentary waters/snacks, the call to our room to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool was nice. Breakfast was good.

The only downfall was hearing every door slam shut during the night, you could whatever was going on in the hallway.

The facilities were very clean and the staff were so friendly. One of my best experiences for a hotel at this rate. One of my favorite things was the detachable shower head. The shower gel and toiletries were great quality. Also, loved that they had an ice machine on each floor. T.V. was huge. Breakfast was simple, but very satisfactory.

I booked a handicapped room as my husband is a amputee and in a wheelchair. The bed was too high and he could not get into it, he had to sleep sitting up in a chair all night, and it was not a recliner. When I went to tell them they told me there were no other rooms available and we would have to stay in that room. Also, it had a tub and not a roll in shower or a bench to get into the shower. Someone needs to address the handicapped facility. I was very disappointed by this, to say the least.

Makayla was the shining star of our stay. Liked having fridge and microwave in the room. I brought a black light with me, primarily just for fun and to see if it worked and the room was pristine!

The breakfast was free and it was worth exactly what it costs.

The beds, breakfast, and I really like the big pump bottles in the bathroom. That's convenient. Staff told us about the Arkansas Derby. We went and had a blast. Thank you. If I travel I will definitely stay with Hampton Inn again. I booked through booking. Com. I'll call the hotel myself to book to see about getting a senior discount. Thank you all..

Very clean and was close to the mall for shopping overall everything about the hotel including staff was very exceptional

That it only had one washer and dryer for guest. Had to wait an hour for other guests to finish washing and drying. And not enough parking space

I liked the area of the property and place was clean enough.

we booked a room for 4 - 2 queen beds. we were given a room with one queen bed and a sofa sleeper. sofa sleeper was not made and no sheets or bedding was found in the room. front desk got us what was needed and offered to have room service make the bed but we declined and made it ourselves. upon entering the hotel there was a pile of booths and tables in a little alcove where I guess there was renovations happening. that was off putting but if renovations were happening, we weren’t bothered by them at any point.

The customer service was outstanding! Especially Peggy at Breakfast time; she was the sweetest. The whirlpool bathtub in our room was amazing.

Everything was perfect , except, our neighbors dog kept barking, when it heard people in the hallway. Very annoying.
