It was clean and very pretty

I booked a handicapped room as my husband is a amputee and in a wheelchair. The bed was too high and he could not get into it, he had to sleep sitting up in a chair all night, and it was not a recliner. When I went to tell them they told me there were no other rooms available and we would have to stay in that room. Also, it had a tub and not a roll in shower or a bench to get into the shower. Someone needs to address the handicapped facility. I was very disappointed by this, to say the least.

The facilities were very clean and the staff were so friendly. One of my best experiences for a hotel at this rate. One of my favorite things was the detachable shower head. The shower gel and toiletries were great quality. Also, loved that they had an ice machine on each floor. T.V. was huge. Breakfast was simple, but very satisfactory.

I liked the area of the property and place was clean enough.

we booked a room for 4 - 2 queen beds. we were given a room with one queen bed and a sofa sleeper. sofa sleeper was not made and no sheets or bedding was found in the room. front desk got us what was needed and offered to have room service make the bed but we declined and made it ourselves. upon entering the hotel there was a pile of booths and tables in a little alcove where I guess there was renovations happening. that was off putting but if renovations were happening, we weren’t bothered by them at any point.

The beds, breakfast, and I really like the big pump bottles in the bathroom. That's convenient. Staff told us about the Arkansas Derby. We went and had a blast. Thank you. If I travel I will definitely stay with Hampton Inn again. I booked through booking. Com. I'll call the hotel myself to book to see about getting a senior discount. Thank you all..

Very clean and was close to the mall for shopping overall everything about the hotel including staff was very exceptional

That it only had one washer and dryer for guest. Had to wait an hour for other guests to finish washing and drying. And not enough parking space

The customer service was outstanding! Especially Peggy at Breakfast time; she was the sweetest. The whirlpool bathtub in our room was amazing.

Everything was perfect , except, our neighbors dog kept barking, when it heard people in the hallway. Very annoying.

No housekeeping services. When I say this I mean no one cleaned our room the entire visit it's like this service just disappeared in all hotels. You go to front desk to ask for more towels in your room.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast provided plenty of options.

There was no conditioner in the bottle attached to the shower and the vent fan in the bathroom didn’t work. I brought it up to the front desk attendant at check out and she said she would see about getting that fixed.

The staff were really great, particularly Callie on front desk, advising on the local area.

Not the hotels fault but it was quite a way to attractions and restaurants so you had to drive everywhere.

Bath towels. etc. do not dry overnight. Guess there is high humidity even with exhaust fan. But cleaning staff was very happy to provide additional.
