It is a haven for kids and parents alike. So much to do for the kids, the pool, the climbing activity, the mini club, the surroundings, the eateries available, the sports facilities. I would definitely recommend and go back any time - it was simply amazing. We absolutely loved the support, and encouragement of the guys at the climbing/adventure park. They were so supportive to the kids, and to me who was so scared of doing the zipline!

Just an improvement I suggest is that the mini dance for kids, use songs that are understood by all kids - I understand there are a lot of Dutch, one song should be enough rather than 3 out of the 9/10 songs - I do feel that this should be more balanced. Another thing is that the train would be convenient as many time it was passing full to get to the other areas of the resort. Thanks so much, it was amazing overall!

We liked the tented accomodation, and facilities (a great shower inside the tent). Beds were comfortable and the terrace overlooking the hills (we were in the upper part of the site, which was our luck) was a bonus. Reception was well staffed and helpful. Pool area, also at the upper section, was very pleasant. Shuttle bus to train station convenient. African performance artists on the one night were amazing.

We were not impressed with the quality of the restaurants, and the information given by the staff member of the information point. He told us to go and download the app to find the information, instead of giving it to us while we were standing in front of him.

I wasnt aware that we were not getting toilet paper and soap restocked.. we were 3 people and for 6 fays we got only 2 rolls .. so I would advice people that has to be prepared. Not a sponge or a rug... nothing. Bring yours... or know that you will have to get those items at the shop there. Other than that i will definitely recommend the place.

We stayed in a Hu Room Smart for 2, our kids and grandkids in a Hu Stay Chalet. The whole setup of the estate was excellent, both the upper and lower pool complexes were extensive enough in their own right to warrant a full day at either. The Panorama Bar overlooking the lower pools was particularly good for us to take some shade whilst keeping a watchful eye over the grandkids, although we appeared to be surplus given the excellent Lifeguarding in place. Very professional. The quality and service of the reasonably priced on-site restaurants was excellent and couldn't be faulted. The onsite supermarkets were comprehensive in their range and pricing not exorbitant. Our 1st floor room was spacious, kept clean and had comfortable beds.

We booked late to join our family and didn't have a lot of choice, though missed the detail of our room not having an outside table and chairs or balcony. The garden view advertised was through the window - technically correct. We only had one chair in the room, a handy fridge but no kettle, so this really was a room (with separate bathroom) just for sleeping. Given this knowledge, I would not rebook unless I could choose a ground floor room with terrace and outside seating, and would advise anybody reading this to take note, it just took the edge off it for us, having to walk to a café for our morning coffee, missing out on the serene garden patios.

Big territory, a lot of services and activities, comfortable rooms and beds. Markets have same prices as in the city and are pretty big.

Impossible to get to the village after 6PM by public transport or taxi. Impossible to contact them by phone - auto reply and menu only on Italian language. Not organized checkout process. Pretty cold swimming pools (not heated) and closed earlier (as example in case they should work till 7PM and in 6:15 - 6:30 was small rain, they will be closed). Not everything is working, as example street light near bungalo didn't work during whole week.

What a place!! Nice mobile home with three bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen and a nice patio. Check-in was very easy and staff came to pick us up from the reception to show the way to our mobile home. Water park was amazing and the kids loved it. Since we were just stopping by for one night we didn’t have time to explore the rest of the village. But it looked amazing on the map with tons of stuff to do. Considering all the activities offered, the value for money was incredible. We had some trouble with the AC and the reception sent us a technician right away who fixed the problem.

The receptionist was not friendly and not competent enough to make our check in smooth - first she couldn't find two reservations in one, then we could not pay in two days but all at once and this created problems due to foreigner cards spend allowance. My dad is disabled and I had put a note on the booking that we needed an easy location with minimal stairs max 3. we had to go around the camping looking at three different accommodations and they make us feel NOT welcome. We had to pay 50 euro extra per night to find a simple accommodation for my dad, which was on the ground floor but the smell of sewage was too strong that they only spent time there when sleeping. We did expect some animation for kids but couldn't find anything so we arranged entertainment by ourselves.

It’s very spacious. Wouldn’t recommend a wooden shed, though. I didn’t stay there but it looked very small and not very comfortable compared to the apartment. Kids playground — it’s actually rare in rural Italy, I should say Supermarket at the property

The food at the restaurant was just awful: pasta was basically drowning in sauce, brownish ugly chicken (not sure it was actually chicken…) nuggets which were impossible to eat, even scary to do so, cold fries, overdried meat — really very bad, I’d advise to explore the restaurants outside of the property. It’s Tuscany for God’s sake! The cafes and restaurants do not open for breakfast. You can only have an ugly sandwich before 12 pm. Weird choice for a place for families and kids. Where should they eat breakfast? We had to have a drive.. Anyway, in terms of food quality at the property it must have been a good idea WiFi didn’t work at all Bad network coverage even for the local SIM card

Attractions were too historical for my 8yr old. It was nice to have a place to stay filled with kids and activities to balance out the trip. Restaurants on campgrounds had reasonable prices. And there were cheap grocery stores in the area to show. A perfect location for scenic views and day trips to bigger cities.

Tent was very hot when we entered and took a long time to cool down. But maybe I’m just very American lol. We like a cool room waiting for us in the summer.

Very good camping! Super suitable for families with small children - there is everything you need: several types of pools, sports fields, shops, cafes, laundry facilities and a very cool house with its own terrace.

Only thing what was missing from complete happiness was that all the pools have the same water temperature as the largest pool (it was the warmest there, but the other pools were still very cool at the beginning of June).
