Offered a peaceful and tranquility setting, such a beautiful little cosy and snug (Hidden Gem) . Had everything provided that I needed within the property and the host checked in regularly via email to ensure I was fine and had everything I needed during my stay. This property was so peaceful I slept like a baby for the two nights, located in a quiet street of homes close to town centre and other amenities. I'll definitely be coming back to stay here could not be anymore happier with Jeanne and the wonderful caring (service) she has gave me during the duration of my stay.

The location, with its proximity to train station- South Ruislip, was awesome. The rooms were very clean. It felt like home away from home. All that we required for comfortable accommodation was provided. Since we were visiting our other family in Eastcote, we were out most of the time; leaving in the morning and returning back in the evening. We nevertheless enjoyed the times spent at the facility, which is located in a quiet neighbourhood. We were also thrilled when our deposit was returned intact 😂.

There was no provision for direct communication with the host, which I felt was a bit odd. I had to write messages via Booking.com, which meant no instant feedback. All the feedback was received, nonetheless. An easier way to communicate with the host would be just perfect; at least a telephone contact for quick clarification of matters.

Lovely clean studio flat with good quality furnishings and linens, comfortable bed, really good shower and bathroom, washing machine, well-equipped kitchenette and dining table with nice view over (non-accessible) balcony and trees so could eat in. Adjacent parking space, great location for tube, buses, local restaurants and shops. Owner provided prompt and useful information

Although there were useful cooking utensils, cling film,foil, kitchen roll, coffee pods etc, there was strangely only one wine glass, no teaspoons and one or two other missing items - had previous occupant made off with some of the kitchen equipment?!

Upon my arrival, I encountered a strong smell of curry in the room. While this initial odor was a bit overwhelming, it dissipated fairly quickly after opening the windows for some fresh air.

What a lovely apartment. I had everything i needed, even fire extinguisher (it is so nice your host is thinking about your safety). Great host, smooth check-in, nice welcome, I was always supported to make the stay remembered, was extremely clean, If possible i would rate as eleven as a guest. Great location!!, very close to tube station, National train station, supermarket and restaurants but it was also quite during the night for a good sleep. I really enjoyed my stay and know where i or my friends will stay next time.. ofcourse if Jeanne an Lucian accepts. Best Regards

Here is a short list of things that we liked about this property: the decoration, the availability and ease of parking, the proximity to public transport services, all needs catered for through plentiful facilities and equipment, catering basics provided (oil, milk etc.), and although on this trip we didn’t have time to read them, one of us appreciated that there was a selection of books on the shelf.

All of the amenities were very nice and it was a comfy and cozy spot. We loved how close it was to the tube station and near the airport (but not too near). It would be an awesome base for anyone using the tube to go into the city and also for taking day trips with a rental car. The comfort of the pillows was especially appreciated.

Perhaps clearer directions on how things work posted inside, but we noticed that most of the homestays we used in the UK did not share an information sheet on check on. Coming from the US, there was a lot of trial and error to discover how to use the appliances and all of light switch controls.

Beautiful property! Spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. Having parking included was an added bonus. Walking distance to the train station and shops. Would highly recommend and we would stay here again. Good communication from the owner. Deposit quickly refunded after departure.

The apartment is situated 4 mins away from the train station. It is a very cosy and tidy apartment with a very nice decor to it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The host was very helful over the phone and did not hesitate to clarify any of my questions.

The studio was amazing. Perfect for our weekend stay visiting Wembley. Jeanne was so friendly and helpful. Answered all our questions before our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The studio was comfortable, modern, and very homely. Brilliant facilities. Really good connections with public transport, tube and railway. Shops, pubs, and restaurants are within easy walking distance. It is located in a nice residential area. We will certainly stay here again if we visit London. Would definitely 💯 recommend.
