We enjoyed the updated bathroom. Very nice shower. The updated decor and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend. Had a nice size fridge and microwave.

The lights outside our window, even when the curtains were shut, was very bright. Could be a little less bright or longer curtains. Just a suggestion. We enjoyed breakfast... but my sons are gluten free. It would be nice to have some gfree options for them. Such as.....gfree oatmeal or gfree bread.

We enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn. The place is clean, very friendly staff and convenient to local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. However, the bed pillows are not quite what they should be. We asked for a couple extra and received them, but they were less than satisfactory. We made do with what we had to work with. Next time we'll bring our own. Also, need a tv guide of some sort for reference of channels. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was best I've had anywhere since COVID, including some bed and breakfasts. Staff was great, hotel rooms were dated but clean. Location was perfect for visiting Mayberry and Mt. Airy.

Housekeeping didn't come by during our 2-night stay and the room wasn't fully stocked when we arrived - I had to go hunting hand towels and a 4th set of all towels, as well as additional toilet paper.

The breakfast was wonderful better than in some.

Mini fridge didn’t have a freezer portion for our cooler packs, while definitely not a deal breaker it would’ve made second day travel easier

Good location

Front desk person was frustrated as they were low staffed in housekeeping. Manager was not on property. Housekeeping was very supportive and solved our need for our room by working overtime to get rooms cleaned. We checked in at around 5:45 pm.

It was a place to sleep

The front desk wasn't very friendly, and told my coworker there was no ground floor rooms available, when we got up all the same rooms below us were still empty.....

QI was very clean and quiet. Mattress provided the best nights rest we've had in a long time. Breakfast was everything we could have wanted. We will definitely stay with them again.

Nothing. We arrived a couple of hours earlier than anticipated, but they had our room ready in less than 30 minutes. Great service!

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient with lots of restaurants and gas stations. Crystal (an employee there) was amazing. She constantly made sure we had everything we need and was very helpful.

Quiet, comfortable room

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like. The staff was wonderful. We had travelled 7 hours with the AC locked in and the temperature was 11-15 degrees. The desk clerk gave us a room that the heat was already on and downstairs. She was a blessing
