Very well located, clean with very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Excellent price quality ratio, I had to choose between Bremen, Munster and Osnabrück, Osnabrück wins price wise significantly. Receptionist was very friendly, efficient and accomodating. Hotel has own parking facility, wich is far from being the case for hotels in Germany.

A bit noisy on Saturday night for the rooms that look at the square, it it’s unavoidable given the very central location of the hotel

Perfect location as the hotel is pretty much opposit the train station. We were a bit late checking in but the staff was very helpful, in fact they were helpful and informative all the way with any and all questions. The breakfast was good with a lot of options, you could even eat in your room - I didn't but the option was there. We used the restaurant and it was really good. Again, the staff was really helpful and the food was glorious! They had at least one vegan option which I wanted and it was so tasty, a tofu lentil dahl that was so beautifully presented I nearly felt bad eating it. To be recommended.

All good as far as I am concerned.

by chance we got a very big room, it was comfortable, bathroom was also spacious the breakfast was nice. not so much variety but somehow quality food. hotel is located directly next to main train,bus and taxi station in the surrounding there are few restaurants and in 5-10 min walk you arrive to city center for more options.

the bed was very soft which was not comfortable like many people complained earlier, there are some who like to walk naked in the pool/sauna area and when you are there with your kid its not pleasant.

Nice pool, rooms were good value.

Breakfast was not as good value as Radisson, for example. We chose the hotel because of its EV chargers. Upon arrival, we were told these were reserved by others, but at no time did we see any of the spaces in use. It would have been nice if the hotel had asked those making the reservation to let us use the spaces, instead we had to spend time charging at a nearby gas station.

I travelled alone with two kids, and chose the place for location right next to the central station. It was super easy to arrive in the evening and leave in the morning. But we were so positively surprised by the spa facilities! There's a nice sauna and a small pool, which washed away the grime of the long train ride.

Maybe I just missed them, but better bathrobes, towels and slippers both for adults and kids in the room would've made going to the spa even nicer.

Would have preferred a second pillow. We also had to move rooms as we were disturbed by noisy guests in the adjoining room. Would also have preferred milk rather than powdered creamer for drinks in room.

The hotel looked modern and impressive. The staff were friendly. They allowed us to keep their luggage at the front desk until our check-in time. The room was clean and quite big. The bathroom as well.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Which is weird, because sleeping is kind of the main function of a hotel. The pillows were very deflated. They might as well not have been there at all. We slept very poorly while there and woke up with some back pain. They could definitely afford better pillows.

We had a nightmare train journey from Berlin and arrived very late, having missed the party we had travelled from Ireland to attend in Osnabruck. The receptionist was so sympathetic and upgraded us to a superior room and directed us to a restaurant which was still open.

The hotel was great, however we will never travel by train in Germany again!

Everything was excellent. The room was clean, big and just what we needed. The breakfast was from 6.30am - 11am so we didn't need to get up early and the food was excellent - I tried everything and it was all great. I'm coeliac and they sorted me some bread - warm too! The saunas were just the right temperature - sometimes saunas are not hot enough. The pool was a shock - very 'fresh' - but exactly what was needed to cool down after saunas - perfect, once you'd got used to it. Sauna & pool au naturale was lovely too. On the first night we got there, we were very tired (train problems) and the staff could not have been more attentive explaining how things worked to us - we will go back again. Also, it was so close to the station so I didn't have far to carry our bags either way.

It was all perfect.

Just at the train station and very quiet, even on weekend nights. Only 20min walk to city centre. Nice hotel restaurant. Friendly staff und clean room.

I'd prefare insect protection (mosquito net) on windows. The matress felt very used. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is a little expensive, in my opinion.
