Near MTR station, good value

Housekeeping staff are rude . They ring your doorbell and just come in and replace our towel and left with my husband and daughter still in the room Another incident: we told them to come back in an hour to clean our room, one of the housekeeper expressed her impolite comments, saying that we made her went around and causing her inconvenience. Problem will be easily fixed if hotel gives out “do not disturb card” I wish they can skip the free breakfast and charge us less since there are lots of restaurants within walking distance

It is located reasonable near to the MTR Station. It is about 12-15 mins walk from the Le Tung MTR Station. They also provide fresh clean towels and hand towels everyday which is very good. There is also a cafeteria at 7/ F and it is convenient for customers to have their meals/ snacks there.

The breakfast is standard pre-pack food, similar to the package meal for Covid-19 quarantine meal. The breakfast is the same every day and the toasted bread was usually cold and hard. There is only 1 lift serving both customers and also housekeeping. So, the housekeeping staff will bring garbage bags into the lift even there are customers inside the lift.

Place is clean and staff are amazing! Beds and bathroom are nice too and we had an awesome city view.

The lights in the room drive us nuts, turning off and on by themselves sometimes. The shower curtain is not great; water often splashes onto the floor. Breakfast is the same every day, which makes it hard to get excited about morning meals. The location feels safe and is close to the MTR, but it's far from other shopping areas. There are nearby restaurants with excellent food, but they are very pricey.

- room size : even there is a family room but I think it's comfortable for a couple. The size is bigger than other room but there is no space for luggage. My group is only 2 people so I like the room size. - location : easily to find any kind of restaurant to eat. you can take a ferry to Aberdeen (its cost 2.5 hkd). The minimart is near the hotel. Near MTR but you have to walk about 5 mins from the MTR entrance to the ticket gate.

The style of the room. It was a woody theme - the 'oak room' and everything inside felt minimal and environmentally friendly. There is lots of room to store clothes, cookware, etc., for a long-term stay.

The breakfast. Breakfast did not meet expectations. I paid for a room because had breakfast included and it was 1) too little food (like a kids portion), 2) cold and toast wasn't even toasty, and 3) only available from 8am-10:30am. They bring a pre-prepared box to your room after about 10 minutes of ordering. When I asked if I could get it before 8am, they strictly declined. I didn't even bother getting it for 2 out of 3 of my days staying there. There is a complementary drink add 10% off from a restaurant at the ground floor. Although tasty, it was quite expensive. I recommend travels walk down the street and to get more bang for your buck.

The location was good, close to a metro station. Aaide from that, the building and rooms were comfortable to be in. I also found it special that there was room service breakfast.

It was a little small, especially for a room that could host up to 4 people. Aside from that the ventilation of the rooms was really poor. After a day of being outside, returning to the rooms there was a very humid stench left in the room. Overall the facilities were very clean, however upon the first day I found a couple of strands of hairs of the previous visitors, which was not so hygienic.

Coffee! 🥰 plus the lounge at the 7/F where you can heat up your food, take drinking water using the provided bottle in the room and make coffee is a game changer! Thank you!

Nothing not liked. Just a suggestion: for those staying more than a night, it would probably be better to have different food given for breakfast or to have at least options for the guests. 😊

The area was nice with many restaurants. The MTR was only a few minutes away, making it easy to get to the city center. The room was just the right size for 3 people and very clean. The best part was probably that you couldn’t hear anything from your neighbors, which can be common in Hong Kong

There was Continental Breakfast each morning, which is nice, however, there's no variety. That's our only complaint, but it is definitely minor compared to the rest of the positives.

All-in-all, no complaints. It is a bit far from the mainland but the location is nice if you want a quiet neighborhood, and it's still easy to access via the MTR.
