Loved the facility. The location was wonderful and right along the river which was so relaxing to sit by and listen to. We really enjoyed watching the marmot family scramble around on the rocks and in the grass, as well as the elk that would stop by from time to time. The staff was also amazing. Our flight was delayed so we ended up having to find the facility after dark and our GPS kept taking us to the wrong place. However, I texted the staff and they called us right back and helped us find the location. Such a relief!! Would definitely stay again.
The only thing I would change would be to have screens on the windows. I would have loved to be able to hear the river while we slept. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes were already active so couldn’t leave the windows open.

This was our last (3 nights) stay in the USA and it was one of the best! There was a lot of parking space at first, then a very frienly man on a reception who prepared the arrival letter with key for us because we arrived very late. In the morning we checked in and he was very nice and friendly :) Thank you sir. The rooms were very nice and comfy, like in the mountains. There was a fridge in the room which was a big plus. The beds were big and comfy. The view from the room was also amazing, beautiful mountains, river and nature. There was also a balcony where we had an amazing rocking chair. Outside was also a hot-tube but we didn't have time to try it. The stay was peaceful and everything was near to the Estes Park town. So the location was also perfect. We enjoyed the stay at maximum and if we would have the chance to come back to Estes Park, we would definately go back to this hotel! :)
I didn't like that we had to leave, I wish we could stay longer. So no problems, everything was perfect :)

Katie was a 10+++. Bonus was seeing a herd of elk, including a bull, get chased by a bear on the property. Lucky for the elk they were all okay but it was quite the scene. Was not expecting to see that. Room was comfy. Didn't get to use the fireplace due to a fire ban (and still a bit too warm anyway) but we definitely used the hot tub which was wonderful, even though we were a little nervous that bear would come pay a visit. Lol. We would 1000% recommend this property.
Maybe a couple more towels for a 3 night stay instead of having to bother the staff for them.

Excellent location for getting around the area comfortably.
Went off season so staff wasn't there. Just a drop in once in a while. Which coincided luckily when we need them to get in because the pin we were given for access wasn't working but they drove up just as we were getting frustrated. BUT! the person dropping in occasionally was friendly and very helpful. Again I believe this is just a function of our off-season timing.

What a nice stay. Nice and well maintened room. Small lodge compared to others - cosy feeling! Super attentive host. He did ship two parcels with gifts for us as we were not able to complete the label purchase of a simple rate label at UPS online. He bought the labels for us without any surcharge and even brought the parcels to UPS!!!!
The only real drawback is the quite loud in-room artificial fireplace. It comletely destroys the atmosphere if switched on

I loved this hotel. Great location, spacious without seeming like more than I needed, comfortable bed, easy parking and unusually friendly/helpful staff. The in room fireplace was simple to use and lit the room beautifully and I appreciate that the TVs are setup with streaming options available. I definitely hope to stay there again.
That I had to leave. If I had to come up with something I'd say I of course would have liked it if there were exercise facilities available but I know in a hotel this size that isn't realistic. I didn't use the hot tub so I can't comment on how well that worked.

My friend and I stayed at the 4 Seasons and had a wonderful time. The room was so cozy and comfortable, and we loved sitting in the hot tub underneath the stars! The host was incredibly kind and responsive, when I thought I had left my wallet there, following up to let me they quadruple checked the room and parking lot and checking in to make sure I had found it. Would 100% recommend this spot for anyone looking for a cozy stay in Estes Park!

The inn was unique. The building, the room furnishings were very much to our liking. At night we sat on the back deck and listened to the rushing water situated to the front of the building. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and accommodating . Location was perfect-4 miles to the Rocky Mountain Natl Park and close to Estes Park downtown. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
No complaints.

I liked how there was so much packed into one space. Fireplace, radiation bars, shower, hot tub all nestled into one space. It was a comfy and cozy place to stay. I did like that there was a journal for each person's stay to document.
The heating system didn't feel like it was effective. Being from outside of the state, would've wanted it to be toasty if it was very cool outside. Maybe not quite understanding the Comfort Zone.

Very beautiful property and kind and attentive staff! We stayed in Room 8 with a private hot tub. It was awesome for privacy. It was clean, perfect little kitchenette with great pots, pans, frig, microwave. Free and easy parking. Only 4 miles to entrance of RMNP!
