This was one of the best stays I've ever had. For my newly-wed Wife and I, the Inn on Fall River had EVERYTHING we hoped it would have...a beautiful view of the river and mountains, a warm and romantic fireplace inside the room, very close to The National park and a beautiful restaurant with a spectacular view...I can go on and on, but I'll keep it short. The service was amazing as well. Friendly staff, who are there to help and actually treat you like a valued customer. Perfect location by the river. Close to Rocky National Park. Receptionist was very helpful.

We were on the bottom floor and we were distrubed by the guests upstairs. Having booked for the room last summer and asking for a quite room we had expected to be on the top floor. Appears this is an feature with booking.com. We experinced on several occasions during our trip of being given rooms downstairs and next to the lifts or ice machines. Very annoying. The cabin has little in the way of storage or hanging spaces for clothes

We really enjoyed our stay in their deluxe king suite, and the balcony was right next to Fall River. It was so peaceful, and the river light show they put on that evening was a pleasant surprise. We loved the ease of checking in as all we had to do was receive a text saying our room was clean and ready, and then we were given a code that unlocked the door. It was so convenient. We definitely plan to stay here again, and we recommend this to anyone visiting Estes Park who is looking for an affordable and peaceful lodge right by Fall River. You won't be disappointed!

The property has a mid-century, woodsy vibe but with wifi, a flat screen tv & electronic entry. Loved our room! Very comfortable, clean, fridge, iron, charging plug-ins, hooks & towel rod in bathroom, everything we needed. Parking was easy. I never felt unsafe. The best part was the balcony overlooking the river and the lovely sound of water flowing over rocks! There is a little bridge to walk across the river & explore other areas on the property. I wish I had planned an extra day to do nothing but hang out on the balcony. A surprising bonus that made us so happy was the laser light show on the bridge (3 nights a week I think). 3 or 4 songs amplified to accompany the lights, smoke, sparkles & lasted about 15 minutes. Such unexpected fun!

The bathtub was very slippery which made us a little nervous & cautious. FYI for those with accessibility needs - we were in room 6 on the second floor which could only by reached by stairs.

The room was very comfortable! The Staff (Danielle and the other front staff person) were very helpful when we were trying to find a package that was to be delivered to us there. It did not make it by the time we had to leave so they made sure it was forwarded on to our next stay! They went out of their way!

They ha d an evening light show and music at the bridge which was outside our room. It started at 9pm! It only lasted about 15 minutes but very loud and annoying.

The Fall river right in front of our patio/room. The night lighting on the property, the bar on site, the firepits, BBQ's, and jacuzzi availability throughout, and the flowers and artwork. Clean room, updated bathroom. Cute furniture/comfy beds/nice bedding/pillows. Thick towels, Fireplace, little kitchen with dishes, a full coffee pot with good coffee,, robes and all. Firewood readily available. Fully equipped for a smaller room and the staff was very responsive! Mike and Beth were great as well as the morning girls. Good value. Would stay again.

We love the communication and easy check in. This time we stayed in a Stream Suite and they are absolutely beautiful! The service is outstanding, we ordered a bottle of wine through the link and it arrived at our door in minutes. The live music is so nice to have in the summer months. This location is perfect, this time of year the river is full, swift and sounds amazing. The evening river light show by far exceeded my expectations! The hiking trail is peaceful and convenient, can't wait to go farther when we have more time. We'll be back!

There is nothing not to love about the The Inn on Fall River!

We stayed in the Bristlecone Cabin at Fall River Cabins. First impression was so good. It felt like home. They knew we were coming in a little later so the lights were on and everything was so welcoming. The cabin is spacious and we loved all the windows, natural light, the kitchen and the fireplaces. We always love staying right on the Fall River. It's the best. What we instantly loved about The Inn on Fall River is the staff, and the excellent communication. They text at booking and before arrival, respond quickly with any questions, and they have a touch screen in the cabin for things like checking out, ordering drinks, etc. It's a very modern touch, and they seem to go out of their way to make it easier and efficient for everyone. Excellent service! We will be back for sure.

There's nothing not to like about staying at The Inn & Cabins on Fall River. I was worried that there would be a leak under the bathroom sink (floor tiles are loose and the rug was wet when we arrived), but we didn't have any issues or sign of leaks after that. Everything worked well.

Check in was a seamless experience, got all the details ahead in time and someone was available to answer all my questions via text. The location was perfect as we planned to visit rocky mountains ( hardly 15 min drive) and nearby there were so many options to eat and a cute Estes lake to take long walks in the evening ( please note- breakfast is not included). We took the room facing the cure river, the sound itself was so relaxing ( once you close the glass door, there was no disturbance at night due to the flowing river). Cozy, comfortable place, easy parking and a vacation well spent!!

Spacious room with great river view. Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Nearby parking, although had to park farther away our first night due to shortage of spaces near our unit. Fun light show outside our balcony.

No place to hang clothes or unpack a suitcase. No dresser or closet. Noise from other rooms was distracting both adjoining and above us. Heater fan was quite noisy and woke us up whenever it cycled on. Also impossible to hear the TV when heater was running.
