There was breakfast...?! Loved the pool, the location right on the river was so beautiful. Appreciated the toiletries in the bathroom. Loved having a microwave and it was great they had movies and games people can borrow!

The $250 upfront deposit is wrong. I understand they give it back, but there is no need to charge someone unless there is an issue with the stay. I wish that the booking was done through the actual location, not external sources. The external sources booking made the location feel shady, like it was a scam. Grateful it was a great trip!

The apartment was confortable and well equipped. The entrance to RMNP is literally a few minutes drive. Elk came into the car park and grounds in the evening which was lovely to see.

We were disappointed that we did not have a balcony or terrace or any real outside space. Being on the ground floor we found the noise from the people in the apartment above us was quite loud and we were woken several times. We tried to request a first floor apt but none were available.

Condo's are comfortable and clean

Game room and exercise room needs updating. Sound canceling.updated in unit Thought game room had a pool table but just 2 ping pong tables. Would have liked an opportunity to have a unit more private closer to the river side. The gentleman that checked us in didn't offer any options. We were right by the exit facing the street. and the parking lot. So couldn't comfortably enjoy the outside of the resort. Usually if you're checking in mid week you can sometimes have more options If your a bottom unit expect to hear the upstairs unit. We had 2 different guest changes while we're there. They don't realize they are making so much noise. All the feet traffic

The WorldMark Estes Park feels like a home away from home where you literally can do your own cooking, etc. No disturbances and staff is easy to reach and very helpful. The grounds are in beautiful surroundings which only heightens your feeling of relaxation.

The water pressure in the shower head could be better.

Amazing location for getting into Rocky Mountain National Park. Cute grounds with a little park and water running through. Loved the in room washer/dryer with complimentary laundry soap.

Our place smelled pretty heavily of mildew. You got used to it once you were on there but every time you went out and came back in it hit you in the face. I’m sure the grounds was booked up otherwise I would have asked to be moved to a different space.

Absolutely perfect for a solo traveler for the Rockies. Perfect location, audio with cooking amenities, comfortable, nice spot on the river

Pay for WiFi is literally the only "meh", though you're not in Estes to be online so not really an issue.

Great location to downtown, to Rocky Mountain National Park and trails.

This property is part of a resort, so they can charge you extra on holidays. Our room did not have any hooks or closet space to hang clothes. The shower was tiny.

There were checkout duties like taking out all the trash that were expected but I couldn’t find listed on the site, so that would have been nice to know

the condo was very comfortable for a family of three, nice beds, nice bathrooms. kitchen was pretty well stocked to cook a thanksgiving meal.

i booked 2 twins in the second bedroom. i didnt get it, got the queen instead and i ended up on an air mattress on the floor as the sofa bed was typical😩...next time i'll only book a property on the phone.
