Loved the game room, the pool &hot tub, fire pits, complimentary s'mores, Starbucks self serve kiosk, flovered water machine

Breakfast buffet was not good at all (glad the kids were free because it was awful), would like to see earlier morning hours for the pool so kids can swim before we leave for the day, elevator is fairly slow, hand sanitizer on elevator was empty for our entire stay, there was a dirty plate in the seating area of our floor the entire stay (became a game to look for it to see if staff had picked it up yet), room's Keurig machine didn't work, a lot of hallway noise and being woken up Fr m early tis ng families or late nighters.

What we liked about the property were the amenities. The pool, game room and fire pits were fun for our family.

I didn’t like the fact I was charged an additional $15 fee for each night for the amenities. They give you a so called complimentary s’mores kit. Yet they charge you for it. I would’ve rather had all of the fees included in my total price when I booked not to receive an unexpected amount that I had to pay for after I had already paid for my room. The breakfast was not worth $17.49 a person thankfully it was included in my room but they tried to have people pay that amount and the food was basic.

The property is well laid out. The rooms facing pool are great. The staff are all super helpful and friendly. The smores were a nice touch. Location is somewhat far from town, but an easy drive. The beds were comfy. Breakfast buffet was nice, but not worth the price.

The property is showing its age. The pool area is dark and somewhat tired looking. The movies should be updated. The exercise room could use a refresh. The game room needs attention-broken pool table and games without pieces.

Extremely clean Exceptionally kind staff, especially Jenifer and Daniel. Location was convenient and easy to get to shuttle station. Pool and game room were fun Amazing hot tub All you can eat coffee station was incredible. S’mores and campfire was fun too. Beds were extremely comfortable.

The game room could use an update, missing ping pong balls, Mario kart arcade machine needs fixing

The amount of activities from shuffle board, the game room, and the pool. I loved the endless hot cocoa and the coffee on a cold day. The hotel within walking distance to downtown. I love the vibes of the hotel, it felt so cozy and warm!!!

Construction on our floor. It was loud with strangers in and out all day. Our floor was muggy and smelled like chlorine. Our power was our for an entire night/morning.

The front desk staff were so helpful and went out of their way with excellent customer service. I really appreciated the amenities. The game room with unlimited no-cost video games, pool, fuse ball, and packman was so much fun. Pool area had great party lights and big screen so parents could watch the game while kids played in pool. At night we enjoyed hanging out in the common areas as a group. The free Starbucks coffee and flavored water was such a nice touch! I would definitely come again!

Music in the bar was slightly too quiet.

The pool was very large and open late. Liked the game room and pinball machine and shuffle board. Liked the courtesy bikes provided at hotel. Liked the 2 free kids' meals with paid adult meal.

I did not like the fact that there was only one desk clerk all the time, because there would always be a long line and while the desk clerk was always friendly and helpful, it would have been better to have at least two clerks to keep the wait time down.

The amenities are really great here! Our family loved all our time at the pool and playing in the game room for a little spring break weekend.

Our room was a little tight for all of us. The bathroom was not super clean… not sure how much of that is from the age of the Hotel though. But there was definitely hair left in the drain from the people before us.

The location was perfect, close to downtown and rocky mountain national Park. Loved the fire pit and the fact that they give you a snore kit for the kids (comes with 4 marshmallows, a Hershey bar and 4 graham crackers). The restaurant on site was pretty good.

The room was pretty small. Also, having our room open up/Being next to the pool was a negative. There was a very strong chlorine smell and humidity spilled into our room because our door "balcony" opened up pool, which also meant we had no natural light or outside view making the room very dark and felt a little depressing at times.

Breakfast, almost $18 a person was terrible. Most things were cold and not stocked, waited 20 minutes to refill some of the proteins we wanted. Will never pay to eat a breakfast that normal hotels offer for free, especially for the food quality
